We are a Germany-based boutique IT consultancy business that was founded in the year 2020. And since then, we have focused on helping our clients, which are mid-sized German companies, which means they are still somewhere between 3,000 and 30,000 employees, with implementing cybersecurity measures. We do everything from analysis through to design, implementation and managed services. And one of the technology partners we work with is One Identity. One Identity was one of the first technology partners that gave us their trust as new emerging business to partner with, which we appreciate to this day. So we've been partnered with One Identity for five years, over five years now. And yeah, it's a great partnership, we really appreciate the amazing team that is working with us. We are focused on the German-speaking market at this moment and the team there is brilliant, be it the key accountant, be it the technology people. It's just a very trusting and very valuable partnership we have that enables us to delight our clients with a good solution and a good implementation. So we're really grateful. What led us to partner with One Identity? That's a little funny anecdote, so to say. The first client that we landed in 2020 needed us to implement a privileged access management solution and we desperately needed a partner to let us implement their solution. And as I said, One Identity gave us the trust and said, okay, if you say you are able to do that, we're going to trust you to do it well. And they were very open, very practical and very quick in the turnaround phase. So that led us to implement Safeguard for the first time and we haven't stopped ever since. For us, consultancy, as we all know, is a very people-centric business that is based in trust and we have never been given a reason to not trust the people we work with at One Identity. There's always somebody to take care of escalation issues. There's always somebody helping with in-depth product questions and that enables us to deliver a very good service to our customers and these other technology partners we love. I think the most helpful facet of the partner program is the training. As it is a really good baseline training, giving very in-depth information about the industry we work in and identity and access management, it really helps us to quickly upskill new colleagues and to help them understand why identity and access is such an important part of cybersecurity. So I believe for us, that's the most valuable part. And the second thing I personally appreciate is that there's just a lot of great partners that One Identity enables us to meet. So we can meet each other and see how we can support each other in serving our clients and that as well is a great thing to do. I think the first thing that they really see and appreciate is a very good technological solution. So they have a tool that they can really easily work with to do what it's designed to do, be that the identity manager or safeguard, which we mainly focus on. The second thing is that there is a knowledgeable team behind the product. So if there's any issues that we can't solve on first and second level, there's a really great team and good communication on third level. So the customer always feels that the service around the product purchased is as expected, which is especially in the German speaking market, a very important thing that you get the value for the money. And I think the third thing is thanks to the great trainings and the other opportunities that our team has to upskill, the customer really gets always a high quality solution that is actually at the current edge of the market. I think one of the measurable business outcomes that they have achieved for sure is a step up in their cybersecurity structure, meaning more effective management of the cybersecurity risk within their enterprise, which is always a very important thing. In addition, a business outcome will be that there's freed capacity because normally if you do a well-structured implementation of a One Identity product, that leads to opening up capacity within the identity and access teams to focus on additional things. So that is a very great business outcome as well. And if you want, there is a very good price point to the product within One Identity in the market right now. So even if it's just about cost savings or cost effectiveness, that is a business outcome that One Identity can help achieve as well. I see the world of identity and access management heading towards more optimization and implementation of AI in the next 18 to 24 months. However, I'm not sure that the companies we work with are actually ready for that. It is a bit like the story always goes with optimization. And I see the same thing with artificial intelligence. Garbage in is garbage out. So before you can move in the direction everybody's looking for, you need to get your processes right. I see great opportunities for deeper collaboration with One Identity because the customers, at least in our field, are really looking to understand more in depth what they can achieve with identity and access management. I think the clearer it becomes to our clients that cybersecurity is now based in identity. So identity needs to be managed to make sure that the company is secure. The more they will rise to the occasion and actually really create a working identity management system that seamlessly integrates with their own cybersecurity processes.
