across file servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud repositories. But many organizations can't answer with certainty exactly where all their sensitive data lives, who can access it, or what regulations apply. That gap creates compliance risk and leaves the door open for attackers. With NetRix Access Analyzer, you can find the data that matters and see where it is at risk. NetRix Access Analyzer Data Security Dashboard summarizes everything you need to know about your sensitive data. Here you can see the number of sensitive data findings found in the scanned data repositories. Items are shown in the web console as the scan is in progress. Here we are scanning Windows file servers, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. And when you click on Reports, sensitive data, you can drill down into sensitive data file details, which show exactly which pieces of sensitive data you have, where they are, what type of data it is, and the regulatory compliance rules that apply to each piece of sensitive data. In the File System Access Report, you can drill down on things like broken inheritance, high-risk ACLs, and open access. Let's look at the Open Access Report. Not only does this report show hosts by open folders, it also shows shares by open folders. You can see everything from passports to passwords are exposed in this environment. Folders with open access shows which folders are open to everyone, and whether those folders contain sensitive data. Access Analyzer gives insight into how sensitive data is being shared in SharePoint Online. The Shared Links Report shows how many resources are shared, which are anonymous links, organization links, and links with sensitive data. You can also see which sites have the most shared links. Shared Links Detail shows link type, sharing scope, and other details about the sensitive data that is discovered. In just minutes, NetRix Access Analyzer shows you exactly where your sensitive data lives, who can reach it, and what's putting it at risk, from open folders and broken inheritance to anonymous shared links. So you can stop guessing and start fixing, before attackers find it first. you
