The Delivery Management module ensures efficient service delivery by defining how services are provided within the client's organization. To access the Delivery Map, start by navigating to Modules and select Clients. Choose the client you want to apply the Delivery Map to. Under the Contracts module, you'll find the Delivery Map section. This map gives you the ability to define how services are provided across various levels, ensuring a tailored service experience for every client. You can manage service delivery at different levels. Client level for overarching services. Site level for location-specific needs. Requester level to address individual requirements. And Asset level to manage services for specific devices or equipment. This structure makes it easy to deliver the right services to the right people, precisely where they're needed. Adding services is straightforward. Simply click on the Add Service button and choose the service that you want to add. This flexibility ensures you can align your services with your client's unique requirements. You can further customize your delivery by creating groups within any level. You have the option to create child branches, which inherit services from their parent level, or parallel branches, which function independently without inheriting parent services. For assets, start by creating asset groups. If you ever need to remove a service item from a group, just click the X icon. If you want to remove a group, click on the Delete icon, or you can even edit the groups later. However, remember that if a delivery group is linked to an active contract, you'll need to unlink it first before deleting it. The delivery map is directly connected to the contract management system, making your building process smarter and more precise. For contracts with dynamic billing, the total contract price is calculated based on the quantity and unit price of the items included, and how they are mapped in the delivery map.

TL;DR

  • The Delivery Map visualizes how contracted services flow to execution across client, site, requester, and asset levels within SuperOps.
  • Users can create hierarchical service structures with child branches (inheriting parent services) or parallel branches (independent services) to match organizational needs.
  • The feature integrates with contract management for dynamic billing, automatically calculating contract prices based on mapped service quantities and unit prices.

Summary

This tutorial demonstrates how to configure and use the Delivery Map feature in SuperOps, a visual tool that connects contract terms to actual service delivery. The Delivery Map allows MSPs to define service delivery at multiple organizational levels including client, site, requester, and asset levels, ensuring services are precisely aligned with contractual commitments. The feature integrates directly with contract management to enable dynamic billing calculations based on mapped services and quantities. Users can create hierarchical service structures with child branches that inherit parent services or parallel branches that operate independently. The system prevents accidental deletion of delivery groups linked to active contracts, requiring unlinking before removal. This structured approach helps eliminate billing discrepancies by ensuring that service execution matches what clients have purchased, creating transparency in both service delivery and invoicing.
