not just a manufacturer, but finding a partner that can guide us for using the tool, giving us guidance as far as what others think from the MSP perspective, how they're utilizing it, but also keeping up to date on what's changing, keeping up with the market. Most SIEM technologies are cumbersome, time-consuming. You need dedicated resources in order to manage them. Using ConnectWise SIEM as the example, for our customers, it takes us an hour to two hours to onboard them. Can't do that with any other SIEM. If we look at MDR, SentinelOne being behind that, the onboarding calls are very simple. It takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to show our customers that value and that return on investment they can see within the first day is paramount compared to, if we look at SIEM, ramp-up times, tuning times are measured in months, if not years, and we're able to show that value within the first couple of weeks is just huge, absolutely huge.
