What I love about partnering with One Identity is their values match Exclusives very well in the fact that One Identity is a small enough organisation to care, but it's big enough to matter. So, what does that actually mean? When we have ideas, we can take them to One Identity, we can brainstorm and we can understand whether it's something that's going to suit both parties. The number one benefit of partnering with One Identity is their breadth of portfolio. So, when it comes to identity challenges, there's lots of different ways that we can look at a customer's challenge and understand which way to solve it. So, that means that as a distributor, we can help partners be more customer-led rather than technology-led. One Identity are very good at enabling us as a distributor. There are plenty of courses online in all the different subject matters, there's extra training given and the channel team themselves are very knowledgeable, so if we've got questions we can go directly to them and even if they don't know the answer, there's plenty of support within the organisation to find the questions that may be needing to be answered. The Infinity Programme was born probably about 12 months ago in terms of trying to find something that we could take to the partner community that was new, it was initiative and just trying to understand how partners work. Partner programmes can be confusing, there's a lot of information, there's asset libraries and what the Infinity Programme does is takes the information that One Identity have already got, but put it into a structured path so that it allows partners to follow a journey. It means that they can grow with us, they can understand small areas of the portfolio and be rewarded on their journey. Three words to describe working with One Identity would be fun, natural and collaborative.
