From stability and scalability, we were made promises that have been lived up to. The performance we see when we have 100 agents in there is going to be the same we see when we see 40,000. I'm Chris Amalfi, VP of Operations at Ergos Technology Partners. Some of the challenges that we had prior that led us to start looking at other solutions were scalability. We were using an RMM solution that we had outgrown and in order for us to keep that solution working with some degree of performance, we were having to scale back how we were using it. Less automation and less monitoring in some cases just to keep it stable. Also, at the same time, RMM solutions can be terrifying because of how much power they have, so security was just at the top of our list. Ninja One is helping us improve efficiencies as we support our customers by just working quickly and working at scale. When we take an action within Ninja, it starts immediately. On the administrative side, setting all the patch approvals could take hours just to work through that. With Ninja One, the benefits we've received around patching and patch compliances, we have a lot more faith in the efficacy of the patching. Our security posture across our customer base has significantly improved just because of the efficacy of the patching engine in Ninja One. Ninja One is a true partner for us because they're looking out for our success, and that's a huge differentiation between having a partnership with Ninja One versus them just being a vendor where we're transactional. Our interactions with Ninja are support first. Those are the things that give me confidence that Ninja One is going to be a long-term partner of ours.
