about a year ago, or just a little less than a year ago. And the primary reason we came over was for the interfaces, what drew us initially, and what we have found since coming over is that the company has been incredibly responsive, has made some marvelous updates to the product, and to date we've been very happy with the experience. We're looking forward to the features that are coming out in Q3 and Q4, and just to speak once again on that response time, it is truly incredible for about 50 years of experience in the IT business where you have an RMM and a PSA this hungry to work with small outfits like ourselves. They really have a nice grass roots forever feeling to them, and that is quite impressive from our end, and that is something that we're looking forward to seeing where they go in 2024 and beyond. From a business perspective, Super Ops has allowed us to streamline many of the processes that we have, and bring together all of the billing and support pieces into one interface, and made our lives a whole lot better.
