Customers have a fragmented and complex landscape of various technologies they have acquired, and that is a big challenge for them. Hi, my name is Amitabh Kothwal. I head up the customer success and alliance teams for Tata Communications here in the Americas region. We offer digital network fabric to our customers that enables hyper-connected ecosystems. One of the key elements in this whole experience is our customer-facing portal. This offers a single-plane-of-class experience, and it interoperates with customer applications via industry-standard APIs. The foundation element of our digital fabric is our global network. We own the world's largest undersea cable network. 30% of the internet routes globally flow through our backbone, and this gives us a very unique value proposition in offering some creative solutioning around offering deterministic SLA on these public network workloads, which then translates into an optimized user experience. So our customers, in today's economy, they're looking for borderless growth. They want superior experience. They want innovation. In an internet-first, cloud-first, hybrid workforce model, they absolutely have to re-architect their network. Finally, they also face operational challenges with all these multiple technologies and no central visibility of users and the overall security posture. Versa is one of the leading platform service providers, and Versa is a very strategic partner for Tata Communications. We have a 10-year history of working with Versa. The unified SASE platform, which is hosted within our backbone, enables us to re-architect and transform the enterprise architecture of our customers. We have made significant investments by embedding the Versa platform into our infrastructure, and we offer it on a hosted model. Our customer portal, Tata Communications, CCX, is embedded along with Versa's APIs, and there's a rich integration between the two platforms. This allows our network fabric stack to extend all the way from WAN to cloud connectivity and take care of the business workloads. Versa's unified SASE platform enables us to re-architect and transform enterprise architecture of our customers. We also deliver and manage this secure network fabric stack, and this guarantees an optimized level of user experience along with the necessary security posture, which is what the customers are looking for. I think one of the unique things we have in this partnership is, and not too many people may realize this, but we both are challengers in our space. We both are nimble. Most importantly, highly responsive to our customer needs, right? So that has allowed this partnership between the two companies a natural fit, I would say, and it gives us a very unique proposition in the market to extend each other's customer base and to position these leading technologies as we solve their business issues.
