tbAuctions is an online auction platform which enables companies to sell business goods via an online auction, sourcing them locally and selling them globally. I would definitely recommend Nobifor because you can automate a lot of things. It saves you a lot of work. We implemented Nobifor because we are operating the security and compliance topics in our company with a very small team, so it wasn't really feasible to spend a lot of time creating or gathering security awareness content and trainings by ourselves. We decided to work with Nobifor because after reviewing a couple of vendors we found that Nobifor had a good track record. They have a very big library with customizable content, both on the training and on the phishing test site and of course on the compliance part. The content is available in a lot of languages which is important because we operate on a more of a European level so we need multiple languages and also the integrations with Office 365 and the automations around employee on and off boarding ticked all the right boxes. Our initial phish-prone percentage was around 40% and after a couple of phishing trainings that already dropped a lot and we're now currently at 6% when we subscribed to Nobifor. Automation was key in the solution and the AI defense agents are really on top of that so we can just set up a campaign and the AI defense agents will basically do the rest. They will even tailor phishing tests and training to a specific individual's needs. If we don't use Nobifor I definitely know that the frequency and the quality of the trainings and also the phishing tests will just drop. Partnering with Nobifor is definitely the right decision.

TL;DR

  • TBAuctions reduced their phish-prone percentage from 40% to 6% using KnowBe4's automated security awareness platform with AI Defense Agents.
  • The Netherlands-based auction platform operates across Europe with a very small security team, making automation essential for maintaining training frequency and quality.
  • KnowBe4's multilingual content library, Office 365 integration, and AI-driven personalization enabled sustainable security awareness training at scale without manual content creation.

Summary

TBAuctions, a Netherlands-based online auction platform operating across Europe, faced significant security awareness challenges with a small DevOps team managing security and compliance. With an initial phish-prone percentage of 40%, the company needed an automated solution that could deliver multilingual training content without requiring extensive internal resources. By implementing KnowBe4's security awareness platform, TBAuctions leveraged AI Defense Agents to automate phishing simulations and personalized training campaigns, integrating seamlessly with their Office 365 environment. The results were dramatic: within months of deployment, their phish-prone percentage dropped from 40% to just 6%. The platform's extensive content library, available in multiple European languages, enabled the lean team to maintain high-frequency, high-quality security training that would have been impossible to sustain manually. DevOps Engineer Jasper van der Straten emphasizes that automation was the key differentiator, allowing AI agents to tailor phishing tests and training to individual employee needs while handling employee onboarding and offboarding automatically.
