I run the Women in Tech ERG, and it really started organically. Women coming together and wanting to support each other through mentorship, and a lot of the times, too, at a cybersecurity company, there's not that many women, so it was really started from a need to kind of all be together. For me, being a woman in tech, I think being from the marketing side of things, I think thankfully our team is very women-forward, and we have many women in leadership, and I think that's what Varonis values, so I'm glad that I get to be a part of an organization that really sets the stage for women to be in leadership. Varonis really helps us thrive there. We have, you know, an executive ownership there, HR is super involved, makes sure that we have all the support that we need to thrive as an ERG. What surprised me the most about Varonis' culture when I first joined was just how direct people are. Everyone was really, you know, open to giving feedback. I thrive in an environment like that. One word that I would use to describe Varonis is definitely relentless. Making sure our product is the best, our customers are getting exactly what they need from us, and also the people around us. So the one value that I see lived out in Varonis every day is just pure ownership. When someone sees something broken or something that needs to be taken care of, people just step up and do it. Everyone is always taking ownership of, you know, whichever department that they work on. Being part of the ERG here, it's definitely given people an outlet to connect and actually be real with each other. We have many programs in place, a mentorship program where we pair people together. So it really has just given really great opportunity for women to just speak handedly with each other and really just bond over the different issues that do come up, both professionally and personally.
