Located prominently on the homepage, the search bar allows you to quickly find knowledge articles, security advisories, known issues, forum posts, technical product documentation, and video articles related to your specific needs. For best results, be sure to log in and use full sentences when searching. Logged in users have access to thousands of articles that are not visible to the public. To search, click the Search field and choose an option based on your question. Product support is used when you have a question about a specific product. General support is used when you have a question that is not product-specific, such as, how do I contact support? For product-related queries, check the appropriate product. Then, type in your query and click Ask Ivanti. If an answer can be found, a generated answer will be shown above the list of other relevant articles. Click Show More to expand the generated answer and view its cited articles. If you are unable to generate an answer or find that the search results are too broad, try rewriting your query as a question or utilize the filters on the left hand to narrow the results by product, article type, or other criteria. This will help you find the most relevant information quickly and efficiently. Click on the article you wish to view. When logged in, you can follow an article which will send a notification to its followers whenever the article is updated or leave feedback on it by clicking the thumbs up or down buttons. On the home page, under the search bar is where you'll see the latest site and security announcements. If there are no active announcements, this section will be blank. Below the site announcements, you'll see a series of clickable tiles. These tiles provide quick access to specific pages as well as shortcuts to our knowledge base, Ivanti ideas, and other resources. One of the most valuable features of the hub is the forums. By clicking on the forum groups in the navigation or on the forums, ask a question tile, you'll gain access to your product discussion group. Joining your group allows you to set your preferences for the frequency of when you receive updates by email for new knowledge and security advisories. Further down on the home page is the bulletins forum group. This is where you'll find company updates and announcements. You can also join the bulletins group to be emailed these announcements. Do you need to download the current version of your software? Logging in gives you access to downloads from the main navigation. We know that even the best users and solutions need assisted support sometimes. If you do, click contact support. The options shown on this page are based on your company entitlements. On the contact support page, you will be able to create a technical product support case and have the option to request a callback.
