SKUs for any SentinelOne site from within the platforms dashboard. Here we can go to settings, sites, and when loaded, we can see the full list of all sites within SentinelOne, along with the add-ons that are associated with them and SKUs currently assigned to it. Within the dashboard, you can go to the three dots and select site add-ons, and this loads a menu that reflects what is currently the configuration within SentinelOne. From here, we can easily select the dropdown and select the new SKU for complete and add or remove any specific add-ons for these sites. Here, we can customize just a few sites to have only Ranger or Network Discovery, Remote Ops, and then Confirm. Once these settings are changed and saved within SentinelOne, these are immediately reflected, a kind of refreshing of the UI. Here, we can see the sites that we've changed are now reflecting the new add-on SKUs within the SentinelOne UI. Thank you.

TL;DR

  • N-able EDR allows administrators to modify SentinelOne SKUs and add-ons directly from the platform dashboard without accessing SentinelOne separately.
  • The settings interface displays all managed sites with their current SKU assignments and enabled add-ons in a centralized view.
  • Changes to site configurations, including SKU tier selection and add-on toggles, are immediately reflected in the SentinelOne UI after saving.

Summary

This tutorial demonstrates the process for modifying SentinelOne site configurations directly from the N-able EDR platform dashboard. The video walks through accessing site settings, viewing current SKU assignments and add-ons across all managed sites, and using the site add-ons menu to change feature sets. Administrators can select different SKU tiers (such as Complete) and toggle individual add-ons including Ranger, Network Discovery, and Remote Ops on a per-site basis. Changes made through the interface are immediately reflected in the SentinelOne UI after saving, providing real-time configuration management without requiring direct access to the SentinelOne console. This streamlined approach allows MSPs to manage endpoint protection features for multiple customer sites from a centralized dashboard, simplifying license management and feature deployment across their client base.
