Save money, save time, save man hours, save remediations. Having a 35 to 50 percent efficiency, we're talking tens of thousands of dollars was saved because we switched over to NINJA 1. The one that we had previously was just unreliable. When we got the results from our vulnerability scanner, we would go take said results, go through a myriad of different steps that would require me to run several scripts, several automations, and then you go into a homegrown database and a homegrown internal website, which would have taken me several hours in the day. We're talking 48 to 72 hours worth of time in order to get everything up and running when it comes to patching. NINJA 1 cut all of that inefficiency out of the picture and saved us plenty of time and increased our productivity tenfold. When it comes to NINJA 1's vulnerability scanning results, all I have to do is just upload and that's it. The NINJA 1 automation intelligence tells us immediately the vulnerabilities that our endpoints and workstations servers would have, but NINJA 1 also states this KB article that you have approved or is pending will patch this particular vulnerability. With NINJA 1's patch intelligence, the AI that it provides, it tells you in a crowdsource-based set of feedback, hey, we have noticed that this particular patch may or may not cause an issue with this particular entity, program, and or service that runs on a given operating system. That it helps us determine what can be approved and what needs to be rejected. NINJA 1 definitely helps the entire IT infrastructure across the entire city, and that has been making our lives so much easier.
