over 16 years. I started off in infrastructure and made my way through into cyber security focus. My responsibilities are to define the security strategy for Golf Brakes and ultimately protect the systems for our staff and our customers. So with our end user support sessions we saw a saving of about 20 minutes per user session in support. On our cost savings by consolidating all the tools into the one and central pane of glass, we were able to have about a cost reduction of about 20% annually. On the third party patching we were able to see a 90% increase in patch coverage on our end points. And on our server OS updates we saw an improvement of about 70% in terms of coverage by leveraging again the automation that we see on in central. So that has taken a huge burden off our shoulders and gives us a bit of peace of mind and allows us to get a bit of sleep at night.
