last 10 and a half years now, overall I have like 25 plus years of experience, more majorly in end user computing and networks and infra as well as security, my role in Times of India from last 7 to 8 years to managing all complete end user prospective. We have offices approximately 26 to 27 cities in all over India and the line of business that we have, we print papers and it's a daily job and it's a demanding job, there's a timeline attached to it, so my role is that to make sure that paper goes to you every morning without any issue because the self-life of a paper is very very less, it's just like a two hours, if six o'clock paper is reaching to you at eight o'clock, it is no value of it, so my job is that it is reaching you on time and there's no business impact on that, so that's what I'm doing. Yeah, so yes you're right, we are using this managed engine product from last four years now, the experience is pretty good okay, don't doubt about it, this is one of the great product that we are using from the Indian market prospective, see being not a IT industry okay, we don't have that kind of requirement that we need a full-fledged ITM solution okay, we need a product which can give a flexibility to my internal team as well as to my external team as well, that is my internal customers, to make sure that they are using the tool properly, the good GUI, easy to use, highly customizable, so those things are I think very much available with managed engine and with the team that you have, I think they are very highly supported from management to the technical team as well, whenever we ask any questions or we have any query, the response rate is very very good, we are happy with the product, we are happy with the people and we like to carry on further as well. So cyber security is not required only for an IT company, either you go to automobiles or you to go to any other factory or something, cyber security is needed everywhere these days okay, I'll say that the times of India, we are whatever the technology available in the market, we are using it right now okay, either it's a security products or network products or infra products, we are using it, yeah we'll say that 8-9 years back, the focus was not very there, that we need to invest highly on IT, but now seeing the changes on the market value and everything, we are investing a lot of on IT, especially on AI and ML front, on the security front, on the network front, so yeah, so this is the focus that we are carrying on, so it's not only that we are an IT company, thus we only need the cyber security things, yeah all of us need it as an end-user perspective, from the network perspective and from everything perspective. Yeah, so that's right that we have offices in about 27-28 cities, but we have a person working on each and every city in India, one person or two person as a reporter or editor, everywhere is there okay, and before COVID, the situation was pretty much okay that people can go to the offices and work, but after COVID, the things have changed, not for us, for everybody okay, we started working from home, people have laptops, they are connected to a different different network and infrastructure, the security is very very important in that particular, so we have invested highly on security on that point of view, we explore all the related products which are available in the industry, we implemented a number of MFA related things either on O365 or on the device front as well, we have implemented a number of security audits as well, where we stand right now and where we want to reach it, so yeah, I'll say that if we compare how secure we are right now, we are very much secure, we are running the operation 24x7 okay, there's no single leap for us, everyday paper has to go and there's no single downtime, even that cow strike thing that happened a few months back, we haven't lost an edition actually, just because we were prepared for it, yeah. Yeah, I think yes, despite like from last 3-4 years, I have attended a number of, even I've been to your Chennai office as well once, met with all the leadership team as well 4 years back and I'll say that these events are very personalized as well okay, you focus which audience are coming in okay and then you create the event, not you create the event and then call people, so this is the something I like about it because some of the event where I go is that they call people whatever they want to, they just want to prepare a crowd or fulfill, that's not you actually, so you create the people and then create the event, so that's so nice about it and the focus group is very very good, the Pinoppi you create outside the office, you can go and talk about the products and everything that give a very good, you can say experience all together for the people who want to understand the product well and yeah, overall it's a good experience. So I'm not a CIO first of all, I have a CIO in my company and I want to be one day, but I feel very, I'm very, I think honored to be called on this meeting or to event, when I've been called, I ask about what is all about and the one of the kind event that we are doing it right now, I think I was interested, I learned about that, I spoke to your team and they briefed me about these details, so I love the event so far and I think I will enjoy more how it goes on.
