You now get customizable survey formats, automated workflows triggered by responses, and instant escalation when ratings drop. You can now capture site-specific information directly in SuperOps with a new site-level custom fields feature. Lost-mode tracking for Apple devices now automatically pulls GPS location for supervised iPhones and iPads right from the asset page. Cooling-off periods now follow the alert's full lifecycle, so if an issue comes back after being resolved, you'll actually hear about it. And for Splashtop, admins can now choose how remote sessions notifications appear to end-users, pop-up, banner, or both. Custom fields now appear in asset views.
