We will go ahead and get started. We'll continue have people joining in. But hopefully everybody's excited to to go through some things today. So we'll start here with just our agenda, what we're going to do, some introductions, who you're talking to here, talk you through our beta preview. Some of you may already be testing these features out. Some of you are eager for them to come soon. So we'll be walking through everything that's currently in beta and then everything that's coming soon beyond that. What's in queue for us? Do some resources. And we do have a little giveaway today as well. So you joined the right webinar here. And then we'll wrap up with some Q&A, as we always do. Like I said earlier, we do have Q&A open already. So feel free to ask some questions in there throughout and we'll make sure to answer those as we can. So introductions. I've been talking to you for a couple of minutes now. My name is Daniel. I'm an account executive here with Hoodoo. If you've joined in on these webinars or other webinars before, probably a familiar face to you. I know I also invited a lot of you here today to join in. So thanks so much for joining. It's good to see so many familiar faces. And I'm joined here by Jordan. Jordan, if you want to introduce yourself. Yeah. Thanks, Daniel. My name is Jordan Hart. I'm the product manager here at Hoodoo. I have also talked to a lot of clients over the past two weeks and invited them to this webinar. So if you're here, hey, to everybody new or that I haven't talked to this week, I'm excited to introduce myself and hopefully get to know you. Like Daniel said, chat's always open. Q&A is open. We'll go over a little bit of housekeeping to keep things organized, but very excited for this webinar. It's my favorite every quarter. So. Yeah, me too. Jordan and I always talk about that. We always after these, we're always like, man, doing these is so much fun getting to interact with all of you. Obviously, we have conferences for some in-person interactions and more on that later. But these are always great for both us and hopefully you as well to learn a little bit more about what Hoodoo's got in store for the coming quarter and beyond. So little housekeeping again, I've mentioned this a bit, but we have Q&A and chat open. Q&A is going to be the priority for questions that you have throughout. And when we go through Q&A, we'll make sure to go through those in order and even answer those throughout the webinar. Chat is also okay to ask some things in, but again, things can get lost in chat. So if you want to make sure that your question is going to be answered and not get lost throughout the webinar as we have chat engagement and everything like that, again, Q&A is probably your best bet for that. But we heavily encourage you to keep using the chat, engage with each other, engage with us, provide feedback, make a joke, do whatever you would like to in the chat. It's great for just engaging with other Hoodoo users here. So to the giveaway portion, what we have for you today is we have tickets to MSP Geek Con. So what I'm going to go ahead and do is I'm going to post the link in the chat here. Now, some stipulations with this. This is for the event ticket only. So travel and accommodations are not included. And then tickets cannot be applied as a refund or reimbursement if you already have MSP Geek Con tickets. So if you already have tickets, you can still sign up for somebody else on your team, but this isn't something that you can necessarily go ahead and get reimbursed for an already purchased ticket. So I sent in that form there. We'll be doing the giveaway at the end of the webinar live here. So you'll know if you won. And again, if we have interest, please fill out the form. We're happy to do this giveaway and we'll be at MSP Geek Con. So Dustin, probably one of the best MSP shows to go to. Yeah, we probably met a lot of you at MSP Geek Con. So fill out that form and I'll be doing the giveaway live here at the end of the webinar here. Obviously, just wanted to give you guys this opportunity. So gauging on the interest, go ahead and fill out the form. We'll do it at the end. Okay. And yeah, sorry. Some details. Yeah. Thanks, Peter. Yeah, it is in Orlando, Florida, May 17th through 19th. So just a little bit of background there. Fill out that form if it's something that you'd be interested in having. So now onto the beta preview. So I'll start by saying everything that I'm going to be talking about in this beta preview section, as mentioned. Chad, real quick, the form is in that link I sent above. Jordan, if you wouldn't mind, just in case it gets buried or something, just continuing to post it, that would be super helpful. Or yeah, one of our moderators today, that'd be great. So like I was saying, everything that I'm going to be talking about in this section is currently in our 2.41 beta. I'll start by saying that if you're not a part of beta and want to be to test out these features and help us find potential bugs or anything along those lines, get early access, you can be a part of beta. It is available to all self-hosted customers, I will say. And so we'll have some more information on joining our beta program at the end of this webinar. But just so you know, we encourage you to sign up and these features are already in beta here. So we'll start by probably the most anticipated feature that we have because we did do a build a feature with the Hoodoo team on this in our community, which again, if you're not part of the community, we encourage you to join as well as we do things like build a feature to get our customers feedback on specific features. And that's going to be process runs. This is essentially a full overhaul of the way that we do processes. You still have the concept of global process templates. You still have the concept of a company process, but we introduced this concept of runs. The run is the part of the, or is essentially the actual execution of that process. And this is actually an example of a run of a example onboarding process with inside of this company. With this, we also see we have the ability to have subtasks, have optional tasks, assign multiple users to a task. So there's a lot of really good new features here inside of the processes section of Hoodoo. As soon as you get updated to 2.41, there will be a one-time process conversion, but it'll go over all of that. Once you get updated, you'll have a little pop-up that tells you all of that information. Hopefully this is a feature or I guess an enhancement that's really going to allow you to have more organization with your processes. This also does come with a process run dashboard so you can see every run inside of a company that you are doing at any given time, the asset it's assigned to. So just a lot more clean interface and easier navigation when you're completing these SOPs with inside of your company. This also brings us to another part of additional process enhancements, which is the ability to export processes, including in company exports, which is definitely a super highly requested feature from people. As I'm sure a lot of you know, we did add the ability to export KBs in our PDF exports. This now allows you to do the same with these processes and process runs in those company exports, including things like due dates, like priorities, like owners, like completion notes, all of these available for you in those company exports. This is a little example of that process run exported. So hopefully this is something everybody's excited for as well. I don't even think we included this in our build a feature, but it's something we wanted to get added in for you so you can make sure that your exports are as clean as possible and include everything that you need in them. The next portion of this switching over to asset layouts, and I'm actually the first part of this feature is this, the asset layout directory. Even when I'm in Hoodoo, if you've done a demo with me or something like that, it can be a little bit tedious to one by one move asset layouts to their dedicated folders and not kind of have a consistent view of how all of those asset layouts look and how your folders are oriented and what asset layouts are in certain folders. And so this is going to allow you to more easily have that view when you're in the asset layout section of Hoodoo, you'll be able to see all of your folders directly on the screen, what asset layouts are in them, how many assets are in those dedicated asset layouts, moving in bulk is going to be a huge thing as well. So if you have five asset layouts that you just created a new folder for now, it's as easy as a click of a button. This also allow you to do some expanding and collapsing as well, but just easier navigation. Jordan's going to talk about the second part of our asset layout UI changes in his section. It's something that's not currently in beta, but is to come soon. So more on that later. The next thing we're going to talk about, if you've joined in on one of these webinars before, specifically probably last quarter's, you probably know that we're going through a full refresh of integrations as well. And the UI that you get when you're not only setting up an integration, but also navigating existing integrations. And so in this beta section, in this new release, we're adding a ConnectWise PSA refresh. So being able to have bulk actions with your cards and assets, showing and hiding archived cards, having a results per page picker, and again, bulk actions for company matching, which I know is something highly requested with a lot of our integrations. ConnectWise, again, is just the next one in that cycle. And we do have another one in the pipeline that Jordan will be talking about a bit later as well. Next, we have our company switcher. Again, you can see a theme here. Hoodoo is trying to make your life easier with a lot of these releases. And 2.41 is packed with features, and a lot of that is trying to make our customers, your life as a MSP or internal IT teams, just life easier when you're navigating the Hoodoo interface. And so this company switcher feature is something that's going to allow you to do that. Especially if you heavily leverage the concept of child companies inside of Hoodoo. Because what this is going to allow you to do is when you're switching companies from a company that you're already in, you'll be able to see all of those child companies as the first result populated here. Also, any recent companies that you've been a part of and your favorite companies that you have marked. So hopefully this will allow you to just navigate between company to company a lot easier without even having to switch the record type that you're currently in. So again, if you use child companies, this will hopefully be a big one for you as well. Next, going into the ability to customize your global table columns. If you keep up with our releases, you know that we recently did this for companies. Now you have the ability to do this with global table columns as well. So if you are a type of person that doesn't want to see in passwords, you know, the parent and the notes, and if it's in the portal, you can hide those items. Only see what's relevant for you within that global section of Hoodoo. Next one here, this was another big one. I know I, in my one-on-one calls, get asked for this all the time. Hey, why can't we archive photos, you know, as editors or something along those lines? We want to be, have the ability to just quickly archive them without having to delete as, you know, a lot of those permission levels don't have the ability to delete. So this is something that's in beta as well. I know this will be a super popular one as a lot of people want this ability. And this also gives you the ability to do it through the mobile app and through the API as well. So it's not just main app, it's coming to you in all things that you need the ability to archive Hoodoo photos with. Next, we have expanded table filters. To me, this is one of the most impactful features in this release. We obviously have the ability to search and sort within these tables, both in company and global. But this adding the ability to table filter with inside of your companies. Again, this kind of goes back to, we added this for global. Now we're adding this for companies. So you can filter passwords by color and tags, networks and VLANs by status and role. And this one is super awesome. Being able to filter assets by list select and plain text fields. So you can see here, these are all of the fields that we have with inside of this dedicated asset layout. And now you're able to go in and actually type those filters in to really narrow down what you're looking for within those table views. I will say this, more of these to come. Filtering is not stopping here. We know that's a big request for people. And so we want to make sure that you're able to filter on all of these. This is just kind of a start. A big little update. So some more smaller features that are currently in beta, but are going to have a big turnout So some more smaller features. and something a lot of people ask for, having OTP in your version history, pretty self-explanatory here. It's something that a lot of people have requested over the past few months and beyond. And so basically just adding this to your version history component of your OTPs and of your passwords. Next, we have next back buttons, so you can see what the GIF is showing you in here. Kind of similar to what we just talked about with company switcher, but this time we're in assets. So basically just giving you the ability to easily flip through your assets and asset previews. Again, this will work for either, whether you go into the asset itself or whether you're just previewing an asset, you'll be able to kind of go to those next options as you need to. And next, this is one that I actually just talked to another company about that they requested for literally in my meeting before this. And I was like, hey, join in on our product overview next hour, in an hour, because we're actually adding this in. And it's the ability to specify your dark mode logos. So light mode versus dark mode and making sure that your instance looks clean and you have the logos available for either method that you need. So that was all, oh, wait, see, I lost myself. Too many features in 2.41 to even keep up with for me. So last but not least, we have myVault password folders. And so this is obviously taking the ability to have this in your passwords and have this in your myVault now. So if you use myVault frequently for all of your personal password use, you'll now be able to have a folder structure there for yourself through myVault. And I will also mention this. This is something that will be added for both mobile app and browser extension going forward as well. Speaking of those tools, we're now at the external app section. Now, I do want to point out the reason that this is separate from beta preview is because these features that are getting added for mobile app and for who to assist are reliant on 2.41 releasing. So essentially what that means is as soon as we push to 2.41, we're then going to have releases for both mobile and who to assist. And I'm going to talk about a couple of those here. Just know that these are things that are coming here very soon to you. So the first one, awesome one in the mobile app is the ability to have bulk actions for all your records. So obviously this is something that is in the main app that a lot of people heavily leverage, bulk moving things and everything along those lines. And so now you have the ability to do that directly in mobile as well. Accessing your record tool. So this was probably our most common request for mobile app users is there wasn't a great way to see your relationships that you had, comments, photos, files, attachments, things of that nature. These are all getting added for you inside of the mobile app. You see, we have this related items, related passwords directly inside of that mobile application at this point. And then of course, with our process runs changes inside of who to itself, we had to bring those to the mobile app as well. So you'll be able to start those runs, check off your tasks, copy your completion notes all directly through the mobile app. Again, just taking the new UI of processes inside of who do and bringing that to the mobile app directly as well. That's it for mobile app. But one of the coolest external apps changes is the new who to assist. For those of you that have used the browser extension before and currently use it, we have our browser extension, and then we have a almost extension of our browser extension called who to assist, which is what essentially allows you to leverage who do while you're in your PSA or RMM. We've changed this concept completely to merge these tools into one. So there's no more jumping between the extension and assist. It is now one tool called who to assist. So everything that you're used to is all just in one navigation panel. You can easily access all of your passwords, your knowledge base articles, and more directly in this browser extension window. So for an example, you used to, let's say I needed to go get a password from the extension, but then I wanted to go search for an article within who to assist. Those would be different areas when you're inside of your PSA, for example. Now, if I need to get a password, I can do that here. And if I need to do an article, it's in that same navigation. You also have the ability to resize this as needed to whatever your preferences are. It's also more on who to assist coming in Jordan's section. And I'm excited to have you all hear about that because there's some pretty neat stuff that's in the pipeline. So I will now, speaking of Jordan, shift it over to him to talk about stuff that's beyond just this beta. So everything we just talked about is stuff that's coming here. Basically now, if you're a beta user, and as soon as this goes to production very soon, including those external apps releases, Jordan's going to talk about a couple more things that are planned for those next phases of releases at this point. So Jordan, I'll go ahead and turn it over to you. Thanks, Daniel. Yeah, big, big 2.41 release. Daniel, I'm not sure I've ever seen so many emojis pop up on screen. So pretty cool to see the excitement there. Yeah, for my section, Shifting Gears, our next two sections are all about what's coming next to the product. Our primary focus for the future is finding ways to make documentation creation and maintenance, everyone's favorite thing to do, I'm sure, quicker, easier, and less manual. So everything here is at varying stages, but they are all already in motion. So first up is our labels project. So this is a really cool one. This is basically organization at scale. Folders do work great for keeping your structure tidy, but sometimes you need a little more flexibility. Think labels let you kind of record different types, or sorry, tag different types and across different types without changing that structure that you probably spent quite a lot of time setting up. You can kind of think of these as, you know, related to onboarding or compliance or Microsoft 365 and tag different types, or sorry, different records across types. You'll be able to filter group and find things in ways that wasn't possible before. And the introduction of labels is really just the beginning for us. We have various tie-ins to existing tools like search or advanced search and workflows that will be coming as well. Next up is going to be our asset layout builder. So this one's really for anyone that spent time tweaking asset layouts and thought to themselves, why is this so hard? We're rebuilding that experience to make layout maintenance a lot smoother for you. Key takeaway here is really no more jumping between screens. Instead, you'll be able to just drag fields, tweak properties, and then preview those in real time. Integration directory. So right now, in my opinion, integrations do feel a little bit flat. You can see them, but it's really just a list and it's a list of what's been turned on or what's inactive. So we're introducing clear states to those active, pause, syncing, or error states to them and organizing them into collapsible sections. So if you don't use one, you can go ahead and use one. Get that out of view. Ideally, you'll be able to open your integrations and instantly know which ones are healthy, what's broken, and which ones may need attention. And honestly, my personal favorite part of this is that we're getting rid of that forest green. Next up is the Auvik refresh. So Daniel talked about our ConnectWise refresh on the overhaul there in the UI. Next up is the Auvik one. So if you joined us for previous webinars, we have talked about the integration overhauls quite a bit. We're doing about one per release, and Auvik is just next up on this slate. We've streamlined the Auvik experience, so it's fewer steps, less jumping between pages, and really just more control for managing that integration. It also includes bulk actions, better filtering and visibility. We're really just hoping to make managing integrations not be so painful. Now, this next one may sound a little bit small, but it's a really nice quality of life update for you. Right now, when you export something, you kind of have to just sit there waiting for it. With the automatic downloads, you don't. So kick off an export, go back to work, and when it's ready, it'll just download. And it can also notify you when it's ready. This should also prevent any performance lapses if your co-workers are kicking off a bunch of exports at a certain time. Now, we're on to our alert improvements. And I think I saw this in chat earlier, and I get this request quite a bit talking to customers. But alerts are obviously a very massively used feature, but they can be a bit vague. So we're adding more variables to customize the messaging. Things like company name, record type, IDs, and even direct links back into Hoodoo. So instead of getting an alert that says something expired, you'll know exactly what, where it lives, and can jump straight into it. With this update, we're also adding some additional filtering options. Now, switching a little bit into this, if you aren't aware, we released Hoodoo Radar a few months ago. And right when we released it, we did a webinar on it. The biggest feedback that we got during that webinar was, why can't I manage it inside of Hoodoo? So what we're doing here is pulling all of that information into one place, Hoodoo. You'll be able to adjust settings, view data, and everything inside of Hoodoo. And you'll be able to do that inside of your Hoodoo companies directly. All changes by Hoodoo Radar will also be tracked in the activity logs and the version histories, so you can see what's changing very easily. So going off of Daniel's Hoodoo Assist and improvements here, one of the coolest things coming to Hoodoo Assist is going to be suggested KB articles. Right now, when you're in a ticket, you're doing that mental lookup. I know we documented this somewhere, and then you have to go and dig and find it. With suggested KB articles, Houdini, our AI agent, starts doing that lookup for you. So just imagine, you're in your PSA looking at a ticket about VPN issues, and instead of searching, Hoodoo Assist will automatically surface that exact KB that you wrote six months ago for this exact scenario. Hopefully, this means faster responses, less contact switching, and honestly, fewer moments of, I swear we documented this. All right. I think, yeah, that's my last slide for coming soon, but switching a little bit further into Enqueue. So everything we talked through was what is actively being worked on, and this is kind of a mix between larger projects that are currently in development, as well as next projects that the Hoodoo team's going to be working on. And this is a big slide, so I'll stick on this one for quite a while. First up is KB folder permissions. More control at the folder level, especially useful for those larger teams and clients with stricter requirements. You'll be able to set permissions similarly to our password folders on your KB folders. I mentioned it during when I was talking about labels, but advanced search, this one's kind of about precision and finding information, more filters, better results, and actually being able to find what you're looking for. We'll also give you the ability to share out your search links, so you can search something, filter it, make it perfect, and then send it to your coworkers. Portal overhaul. So I'm sure this one's a big one. It comes up quite often. This one was in our last webinar, and I do promise you that we are working on it. It's just a big change. We're introducing a cleaner, more powerful portal experience with things like SSO, as well as smarter record handling, automatically adding, stuff like that, and addition of all the new tools that are not currently available to portal users. Now, our fourth one here, and I did group actually a couple different features, and they will be coming out at different times here, but they're all in the same vein, is going to be our MCP server, the Hoodoo CLI, and our agent skills. This one really opens up a completely different way to you. to use Hoodoo. Up until now, most interaction with Hoodoo happens in the UI, clicking around, filling things in, organizing manually. What we're moving to here or what we're introducing here is really letting you work with your documentation through the terminal. Where this really gets interesting is with AI agents. You can have an agent that not only performs tasks, but also knows how to document what it just did, cleanly, consistently, and in the right place. This one's a really cool one and we are very excited about that. Next up is activity log improvements, and this is actually kind of a two-part one, but it's going to be better UI and more visibility into who did what and how, especially across integrations and automations. Like I mentioned, we're getting more into the automations. We want to be able to keep that audited. And then last up on this in queue is the feature that I seem to get probably at least one weekly customer email about, but it is mermaid diagrams. We're adding the option into KB articles and all rich text fields to create those diagrams directly inside of Hoodoo. So no external tools, no screenshots, just editable diagrams. And I do believe that is my last slide. So Daniel, I will push it back over to you. I will stay in the chat, obviously, and look into the Q&A so I can hopefully answer any questions that popped up during that section. Awesome, thank you so much, Jordan. A lot of really cool stuff coming soon. And I know from my meetings with a lot of people in the audience today, a lot of things that I hear on a day-to-day basis. So a lot of really cool stuff coming. So giveaway. We got more responses to this than we intended. I have our folks in the background that filtered all those responses and entries, and we had 35 plus entries for this, but we did do a random generator and have picked out two winners from this. So drum roll, please, for the winners, and we'll be sending you over the information in an email after. Jordan, you're not even doing a drum roll right now. How can we even do the giveaway? There you go. Drum roll, please. The two winners of the giveaway were Eric at EVB Technology and Ellie at SWIC Tech. Those were our two winners that were randomly generated. So congratulations, both of you, for winning the free ticket to MSP GeekCon. Again, we'll be in touch with you after this, and we'll send you over some information. So congratulations to both of you, too. And thanks so much for being a part of the Hoodoo community. So let's see. Going ahead now into some resources. This won't take too long, and then we'll spend the rest of the time here just doing some Q&A, making sure everybody's questions are answered today. So the first thing, I mentioned this earlier. Sorry, Logan. The two people in the chat that went whoop and what were the two people that won Eric and Ellie there. So community. I talked about this earlier with some different things, but we continue to grow our community each quarter, each month, each week. And there's a lot of cool events, or a lot of cool sections of our community. I even, you know, I had a one-on-one meeting earlier, and I pointed them to the Automation Library, which is probably my favorite part of the community, because a lot of people don't know about this, but a lot of Hoodoo companies, the people that use Hoodoo want to be able to both share what they've done and also get inspiration from other people. And so the Automation Library is our way of doing this. This is a full repository of scripts, PowerShell, N8n, Roost, migration scripts, et cetera, that both we've added internally, as well as a lot of our Hoodoo customers have added as well. So if you're looking to either get inspiration for how you can leverage automation inside of your Hoodoo instance, or if you want to contribute to that Automation Library, definitely highly recommend you going and checking out our community. It's also where you can learn about what events we have coming up, like this one here and other webinars and conferences and things of that nature. And also, similar to what we're doing today, you can discuss with us and other Hoodoo users. If you have things that you want to see, if you have questions for how somebody else is doing something, the community is going to be the easiest way to do that, as well as, of course, staying up to date on all of our releases. Even simple patches are all added in the release notes there. And so we definitely encourage you to go, check out the community, make an account, and start engaging with other Hoodoo users there as well. Reviews. G2, we thank you, everybody, for who's submitted a review already on G2 for Hoodoo. If you haven't yet, we'd love to hear your thoughts on Hoodoo, love for you to leave a review there. It does come with a perk for you as well. We will send you out a $25 gift card for leaving a review on G2 for us. So scan the QR code, go to G2, and leave us a review. That would be awesome for us. And obviously, you get a little perk of that as well. Case studies and testimonials. This is also something that we've been doing a lot more of recently. And if anybody here is interested in doing one with us, we're looking for both written and video case study testimonials. So I will go ahead and I'll do this later as well. For those of you that don't have my email at this point, I will go ahead and link over my email to everybody. If you're interested in doing a case study or testimonial with us, please just reach out to us, let us know. Obviously, it benefits us from having that on our site, but we'll have your logo and everything on our website. And so whether you just love Hoodoo, whether you're using Hoodoo in a certain way and you're willing to share it, reach out to me. We'd be happy to, or we would love to do that with you. Again, both written and video testimonials would be great. I do see what's the G2 link, if somebody can send that over as well from the Hoodoo team. Recent webinars, a lot of the focus on this previous quarter webinars was on the AI front and using AI with Hoodoo. And so we did webinars with both HelpGhost and Mezo, both AI providers in the space that you can integrate with Hoodoo and your PSA. So if you're interested in any of those, definitely go check them out. These tools are very powerful and you can do quite a lot with them. So check out those webinar recordings that we did as well. Upcoming conferences, like Jordan and I have been saying, this is my favorite way to engage with you over our screens, but in person, obviously the best way to do this is going to be at these conferences. We just did the MSP GeekCon giveaway, so looking forward to seeing Eric, Ellie, and a lot more of you there. But we're also doing shows in London at the MSP show, May 13th through 14th. And we are also doing PAX 8 Beyond in Utah from June 7th to June 9th. So again, if you are attending any of these shows, whether you've been using Hoodoo forever, whether you're just using Hoodoo, whether you're not even using Hoodoo at all, come say hi to us, come get some swag, if you wanna bring some swag back to your team or anything like that, and just chat with us. Usually at least Jordan or myself will be at those shows. So you'll have a familiar face that you can come up to and say hi, and you'll be able to meet some more people from the Hoodoo team as well. That is it on our end. So we'll go ahead and just, I'll probably, Jordan, give the floor back to you to answer some of these questions live, probably a little bit easier than typing away at these. So I'll shift things back to you, and we'll go ahead and make sure that we're getting all of your questions answered. I know we still have 20 minutes left of time here. So Jordan and I are happy to stick on and answer questions. Other than that, obviously, if you don't have anything else, feel free to take some time back out of your day. Thanks so much for joining. Like Jordan and I said, it's our favorite webinar to do. We love all the engagement that we get with all of you. So really definitely appreciate all of you for joining and engaging today. Thanks so much. Jordan, I'll shift it back for you real quick. Recording, we'll be posting this on all of our socials and community and everything like that, and I believe sending it over directly as well. So Morgan, we'll definitely get that to you. Jordan, shifting things back over to you. Perfect, thanks, Daniel. Yeah, I guess since people will be hopping off, I'd just like to say thank you for joining. I will stick on and answer the questions that are in there. I did answer quite a few that were in the Q&A, just in chat while Daniel was talking, but I'll try and hit all of them. But if you're hopping off, thank you so much for joining. Always the best webinar of the quarter. So hopefully we see you next time. Hopping over to questions. Are you planning on improving the features of the documentation text editor so it looks more professional? So yes, the WYSIWYG editor, we currently utilize TinyMCE for that. We are kind of exploring ways to improve that, whether that be moving to a new system or just improving upon TinyMCE's newest updates that they have released. But the WYSIWYG is, I guess I'd call it, in almost Q, it's kind of in discovery phase right now for which products we wanna use on that. Let's see. Any plans for interfaces on assets? Would love to have a predefined connection type, power network, et cetera, between assets for switches, servers, et cetera. Aiden, this is actually something that we ran a builder feature on on our Reddit channel quite a while ago. We actually had this about half built out until the builder feature informed us of new ways of doing it. And we liked the new ways better. That did mean it got paused for a while, but it is definitely something that we'd like to think about again and start brainstorming other ideas that we can have for that. Feature requests on things like that are obviously go a really long way on what makes it into development, but that is definitely one we've talked about in the past. We still have a lot of customer data stored in Word documents. What's the easiest way to import this into Hoodoo? There's a couple of different ways. So, I mean, getting it into like HTML is typically the best way to get information in. You can copy and paste it directly into the KBs, but the formatting that Word uses versus Google and things like that sometimes doesn't translate into TinyMCE's expected behavior. So it does kind of require some cleanup. Other things is utilizing Houdini. It's a really great resource in AI, just in general to get it into the expected format. And then we do, of course, like I said, have plans for that WYSIWYG, and that is one of our requirements for kind of the copy and paste and getting Word documents into it. Jordan, I do want to jump in here as well, because to go off of that, I talked about community and that automation library that we have in our community earlier as well. We do actually have an internal script that we've populated in that automation library, which is basically any file type converter to Hoodoo article script, and those do include Office docs. So again, you can go to community.hoodoo.com there, and there's going to be that script. If you go to the migrations tab, top one there is that all files to Hoodoo articles migration script. So that's another option for you is to try to essentially use the API to script that out using that existing script we've already created. Awesome. Thanks, Daniel. Rob, on your PDF and manually opening that question, we do have some API changes. Actually, I think we made it into 2.41. I could be wrong, but it does allow that kind of preview. I'd be curious if that would fix the issue, but if not, please feel free to shoot us a support message. That way we can kind of take a look at that a little bit more in depth. Nathaniel, is there any plans to allow us to add additional named username, password, OTP fields in the same document? With this, I am assuming you're saying like additional fields to our standard tools like password entries or KB entries, processes, et cetera. If so, yes. We have talked a lot about adding a similar asset layout builder type idea to the core tools. So being able to add an additional website URL to passwords or things like that. I wouldn't necessarily say it's quite on the roadmap. It's something we've been discovering or thinking about for a really long time and we've been working through solutions, but something that we would like to add in fairly soon. Let's see. Are you planning on improving the features of the documents text editor? For example, Microsoft documentation, features like expand, panels, error warning section, notes section. So yeah, like I said, we have a lot of plans for the WYSIWYG editor. Right now we are kind of evaluating what direction we want to go, whether that's improve upon TinyMCE's newest features or move to another solution entirely. That project is slated to hopefully go into development in about a month or so. So we can kind of figure out what direction, or right now we're kind of figuring out what direction we want to take with that. It'd be a huge help to be able to send a customer a single document with all of a user's accounts included in one shared link. Nathaniel, I guess I would go with PDFs if that's kind of what you're, and a secure link. Maybe you need to hear your use case there. Are you essentially saying from a company page, be able to kind of share out a status report or not a status report, but a live link of their data? All right, sorry guys. There's a lot of questions to kind of go through. So any plans for integration with VSA, XRMM? I think it is in our feedback requests. I don't know the status of that actually. I don't believe, it's not on the roadmap right now. Integrations right now, we're kind of focusing on those integration overhauls. We talked about ConnectWise just released and Auvik just released. We also have a lot of third-party integrations going on right now, but a major reasoning for switching over to the new format is just infrastructure improvements. It'll hopefully allow us to add new integrations, add new integration features a lot easier. So I would recommend upvoting that on the feature request page. That's feedback.hudu.com if you haven't already. Any plans to improve the Halo PSA KB integration? So yes, we have a lot of things coming to the Halo PSA integration. I believe the overhaul is, it's our next integration slating for getting that overhaul. So settings and configurations and filters and stuff like that will be coming to it as well as pretty much every update and patch since we released the KB integration has gotten additional improvements. So that'll be better permissioning via their FAQ lists and kind of using their default settings. There's also gonna be one Halo just released a feature where we can disable editing from within Halo. So that KB integration is definitely still getting developed and with the improved UI that was coming to it, there should be some nice changes there. Any talk of additional OTP fields in the same password entry? So Josh, yes, I think this is similar to kind of what I mentioned before, being able to add additional fields to core tools is something that we are planning to release. Wanted to get the asset layout builder and the asset field kind of configuration and UI there done before we started introducing it to core fields, but definitely, or sorry, core tools, but definitely something that we are aware of is a big ask. Is Passkey support on the roadmap? It's not currently on the roadmap. We have heard that quite a bit recently, integration with password managers, Passkeys. We do wanna do quite a bit more support with what you can use in the browser extension or now who to assist. So there's a chance that we will kind of prioritize that in the future, but no, not currently on the roadmap as of right now. Any integration with third-party password managers? You know, sorry, great timing there. No, not right now. It is, again, something we have talked about, but we do not have anything on the roadmap for password management integrations. Let's see, Upvote with Passkeys. Yeah, I do know that's on the feature request or that there is a feature request for that. So definitely recommend going in there and voting, providing some context. Use cases are always nice. I think the two most, or I do think it's on there, sorry. We have standard articles we use across multiple clients and like to use them to help us understand them in processes. The best way we found to keep these consistent is to embed them into the task. That way, if the parent article changes, it changes for all clients. It's not the neatest, but it works for our purposes. Does WhoTo have anything in the pipeline related to make this easier? So a couple different thoughts come to mind when I read this. One, with the new process overhaul and things, there's a lot more ability to relate them to different things and relate articles to processes and stuff like that. And then with that KB or the WYSIWYG editor project that I talked about, one of our requirements is gonna be inline linking. So being able to link that to different things, similar to how related items works, but more inline. And that would come to all of our text editors or our WYSIWYGs, which exist in processes, KBs and asset fields. All right, that is all of the questions in the Q&A for right now. So Daniel, I will hand it back to you. If any more questions, or if you have any more questions, throw them in there, that's fine. Happy to stay on for a couple more minutes and try and answer them as best as I can. Yeah, thanks, Jordan. Thanks for answering all of those and getting those through in the Q&A. I know we had a couple of things in the chat, such as like a WatchGuard integration. Not sure if you answered that one already. And then also if there's going to be any improvements to 365 data via that integration. Yeah, absolutely. So 365 integration, that is on the roadmap. It's not currently in development, but something we are planning to improve upon. Right now, or in the past, we've been, or sorry, yes, it is on the roadmap, something we are planning upon. I don't have a timeline right now for that integration, but is something that we would really like to improve. We hear a lot of feedback on that one. WatchGuard integration, no, I don't believe it's something that's on the roadmap. I believe I've seen it in the feature request kind of pipeline. Highly recommend upvoting that. Let us take a look. Again, with integrations, we got to get kind of our existing on that new format, and then we would be able to introduce more integrations easier, more features to existing integrations. And yeah, Josh, thanks for the call out, using the CIPP integration instead of the 365 integration. If you haven't, the CIPP integration is pretty awesome. It's got a lot of support for different things that our native one does not. Yeah, I got more people calling out the CIPP to Hadoop integration. It really is a great integration. If you haven't checked it out, that's a really great way to get 365 data in. Logan, yeah, I've always called it CIPP. I actually was informed, I think, at the last MSP Geek that I should be saying SIP. It's a habit that I probably will not be using. It will never break. I typically do both. When I'm on a call, I'll say SIPP, or C-I-P-P, SIPP, and it probably confuses people like Logan, but that was a good one, Logan. Thanks for giving us a little chuckle here as well. Jordan, let's do this last question in the Q&A. Any intent to have a section where you can find any and all flagged articles from an organization or entire portal? Yeah, so Melissa, yes, we do have, we have some plans to really improve the flag review section. So like I mentioned with the coming soon features, a big focus for us here at Hadoop is gonna be improved maintenance of your documentation, and a big part of that comes with workflows, with flags, how to review flags, how to review labeled items. So that is gonna be a big focus for us as well. And last one here, actually, cause I did see this in the chat as well. Just any more details or timeline that can be shared about portal enhancements? Yeah, great question. I'm surprised there were not more portal questions. That's probably the one I prepared for the most, but I was just kidding. But yes, so portal enhancements, right now we're kind of in a discovery phase and initial development phase of it. It's a very large change to the behavior of portal users. Like I said, some SSO capabilities, multiple SSO instances also need to be configured with it, and then permissioning around the portal users. It is probably, I would say, one of our top two priorities though right now. So we are working to get that out as quickly as possible. I don't want to give an estimated timeline because it is such a large feature for us and project for the team. It's gonna need a ton of QA. So unfortunately I can't give an estimated timeline, but it's definitely one of our top two priorities for the Hoodoo team, and we're working to get that out as quickly as possible. Will the portal ever be available as read-write without a full user license? George, I'm gonna say that's a maybe. It's something we've talked about. It will not be in the initial portal enhancements. We really don't want to get into adding an additional ability to portal users, but definitely something that we have talked about. I'm not sure what that looks like. It's gonna take some discussion between myself, the rest of our engineering team, and then our executive to really decide what makes the most sense for our clients as well as for Hoodoo as a whole. But it is something we've talked about. A small bit of feedback. I would be open to being billed at a reduced rate for portal users with added access. Yeah, Logan, just another thing we have thought through is maybe it's a reduced cost. Again, won't be included in the portal overhaul that we're doing just because it's such a large update, but is something we're still exploring. All right. Well, thank you, Jordan. I appreciate it. And let's go ahead and wrap up for today as we are just about at time. Thanks everybody for sticking on with us and getting your questions answered. Hopefully that was helpful. And thanks for all your feedback. Again, Jordan and I talk about it all the time, but these are equally as helpful for what you just said, Logan and George, feedback of what your thoughts are. It always helps kind of guide our roadmap into the direction that our customers are truly wanting, which is obviously the whole purpose of this. So thanks so much, everybody. We appreciate you joining in today. We appreciate you being a Hoodoo customer. Congrats again to the winners of the giveaway. And we look forward to doing this in another quarter, another three months from now. Jordan, any last words from you? Not too much. Thank you everybody for joining. Thank you for being interactive in the chat, in the Q&A. That's really what makes these webinars as fun as they are to do. And like Daniel said, hope to see you in about three months on the next one. And hopefully we have a lot of these done for you. So hope everybody has a great rest of your day. Thanks for joining. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Process Runs: Complete Workflow Overhaul

Hudu's 2.41 release introduces a fundamental redesign of process management through the new Process Runs system. This enhancement separates process templates from their execution, introducing the concept of 'runs' as discrete instances of process completion. The new system supports subtasks, optional tasks, and multi-user assignment capabilities that weren't previously available. A dedicated process run dashboard provides visibility into all active processes across companies, including asset assignments and completion status. The update includes a one-time conversion process for existing workflows and adds the highly requested ability to export processes in company exports, complete with due dates, priorities, owners, and completion notes.

Navigation and Interface Improvements

Version 2.41 delivers significant usability enhancements focused on reducing friction in daily workflows. The new asset layout directory provides a consolidated view of all layouts and folders with bulk movement capabilities, eliminating the tedious one-by-one organization process. The company switcher now prioritizes child companies, recent companies, and favorites when navigating between records, streamlining multi-company management. Expanded table filtering now works at the company level for passwords, networks, VLANs, and assets, with the ability to filter by list select and plain text fields. Additional quality-of-life improvements include customizable global table columns, next/back buttons for asset navigation, and the ability for editors to archive photos without requiring delete permissions.

Integration Modernization and External Tools

Hudu continues its integration refresh initiative with an updated ConnectWise PSA interface featuring bulk actions for cards and assets, archived card visibility controls, and bulk company matching capabilities. The mobile app receives substantial upgrades including bulk record actions, access to the full record tool (relationships, comments, photos, files), and native support for the new process runs workflow. The browser extension and Hudu Assist have been merged into a single unified tool, eliminating the need to switch between separate interfaces when accessing passwords, knowledge base articles, and PSA/RMM integrations. The consolidated Hudu Assist provides resizable navigation and seamless access to all documentation resources within a single panel.

Roadmap Preview: Portal Enhancements and AI Integration

Looking beyond the current release, Hudu's roadmap prioritizes major portal enhancements including SSO capabilities, multiple SSO instance support, and granular user permissioning. The team is exploring AI-powered features including automated article generation from tickets, intelligent content suggestions, and AI-assisted documentation workflows. Asset layout improvements will introduce inline editing capabilities and enhanced field management. Integration development continues with planned updates to the Microsoft 365 integration and ongoing refinement of the integration framework to support faster feature deployment across all connected platforms. The company emphasized that portal enhancements represent one of their top two current priorities, though no specific timeline was provided given the scope of the changes.

Key Quotes

6:39 "This is essentially a full overhaul of the way that we do processes. You still have the concept of global process templates. You still have the concept of a company process, but we introduced this concept of runs."
11:28 "You can see a theme here. Hoodoo is trying to make your life easier with a lot of these releases. And 2.41 is packed with features, and a lot of that is trying to make our customers, your life as a MSP or internal IT teams, just life easier when you're navigating the Hoodoo interface."
13:52 "To me, this is one of the most impactful features in this release. We obviously have the ability to search and sort within these tables, both in company and global. But this adding the ability to table filter with inside of your companies."
19:18 "We've changed this concept completely to merge these tools into one. So there's no more jumping between the extension and assist. It is now one tool called who to assist."
54:12 "Portal enhancements, right now we're kind of in a discovery phase and initial development phase of it. It's a very large change to the behavior of portal users... It is probably, I would say, one of our top two priorities though right now."

FAQ

How does the Process Runs conversion work for existing processes?

When you update to version 2.41, there will be a one-time automatic conversion process that migrates your existing processes to the new Process Runs system. The conversion maintains your existing process templates and company processes while introducing the new 'run' concept for execution tracking.

Can I test these features before they're released to production?

Yes, all features discussed in the beta preview section are currently available in the 2.41 beta program. The beta is available to all self-hosted customers who want early access to test features and provide feedback before general release.

When will the portal enhancements with SSO be available?

Hudu has not provided a specific timeline for portal enhancements, as it's a large-scale project requiring extensive QA. However, it's confirmed as one of the company's top two current priorities and is in active discovery and initial development phases.
