This will be the first video for the mobile admin console and how the current console maps to our brand new Experience Center. And I hope if you're watching this, you already know that the Zscaler Experience Center is going to be your one-stop shop for all of your administrative consoles for the various Zscaler solutions. One of the prerequisites for getting to the Experience Center is you must have already migrated to ZIdentity for admins for your administrators and they must have already been migrated to ZIdentity. And you'll know if you've migrated to ZIdentity because when you log in you'll get a page like this which says ZIdentity and you'll see little tiles for all of the Zscaler solutions that you're currently subscribed to. Today we're going to be focusing on the mobile admin portal. This is going to be the portal where you control the various functions of the Zscaler client connector and there are a couple ways that you can get there. The first is through ZIdentity. When you go here, you're going to click on Zscaler client connector. This will take you to the Zscaler client connector portal with the current console. And that'll take you to the current console. If you do want to go to Experience Center once you have already migrated to ZIdentity for admins, you can access the Experience Center by clicking this link here in the banner up top, clicking on Experience Center. Or simply visit console.zscaler.com and that will load the new Experience Center. You will log in with your ZIdentity for admin credentials in order to access it. On the left here I have the current console for Zscaler mobile admin and on the right I will have the brand new Experience Center where you will have all the various features for the Zscaler solutions that you are currently subscribed to. At the top here, you'll actually see a warning. So by the time you're watching this, it will be past the March 31st, 2026 deadline here where new features and updates are available only in Experience Center. So any new features that come out for a mobile admin will only be available through Experience Center. And there's a warning here to say migrate now to stay current. Legacy consoles retire on September 1st, 2026. So you must migrate before then to Experience Center. And if you need any assistance migrating to ZIdentity for admins or migrating to Experience Center, we have a lot of great help articles that can guide you through that process or please contact support and we'll be happy to walk you through the process in order to do that. I'm going to close out this banner since I already read out the warning for that. And I will separate the mobile admin portal into two different videos. So the first video is going to be more on the practitioner side where we'll cover dashboard and roll devices and app profiles. And there will be another separate video that covers all of these administrative features here. If I did one video for both of those, it'd just be way too long. So I'm going to break them up into two separate videos. The first thing you'll see here is the dashboard. So you'll see a platform details. And if you want to access that within Experience Center, you will go to analytics, check this box here to switch to existing reports, go to connectors and click on platform details under this dashboard heading. And you will see that the two have the same information here. Going back to the current console, you can click on device posture and you guessed it under dashboard device posture here. And you will be able to see the top 10 failed posture profiles for Zscaler client connector. Going back to the current console under device events, you'd see the various status of things where ZIA and ZPA device service status, was ZIA turned off, was ZPA turned off? Well, all this information is available through the Experience Center under connectors, dashboard and device events. And that covers the dashboard section here. So we're going to go back to the current console and go over to enroll devices and then device overview. This is going to be all the devices that are enrolled within your organization under device management. And if you want to find that over an Experience Center, that's going to be under infrastructure, connectors, client, enroll devices, device overview. And you will see all the enrolled devices within your organization. Moving on to the next one, machine tunnels. You'll be able to see the current status of the machine tunnels. And in order to find that within Experience Center, that's going to be infrastructure, connectors, client, machine tunnel. Moving on to the next item here under partner devices, so enrolled devices, partner devices. That can be found within Experience Center under infrastructure, connectors, client, enrolled devices, partner devices. It's also important to note at this time that if I know something exists in the current console and I just can't find it within Experience Center and I can't find the exact part of the video where I covered it, but if you remember that there's a certain feature and you want to search for it, Experience Center has this handy magnifying glass up here in the upper right hand corner where I can actually search. If I go to partner devices, it'll tell me exactly where to find it, which is where I just instructed you to go, which is infrastructure, connectors, client, enrolled devices, partner devices. And I just click on that and it would take me directly to this page. So if there's ever anything that you need to find, use this handy search button here. It'll take you directly to the page you're looking for. Next under enrolled devices is failed posture devices. If we go over to the Experience Center, you can probably guess where we're going to go. Infrastructure, connectors, client, enrolled devices, failed posture devices. And if any data was loaded into my demo tenant, you would see that the two were identical here. All right, moving on to app profiles, app profiles. These are all the supported platforms for Zscaler Client Connector. We're going to start with Windows here under app profile, Windows. Over in Experience Center, you'll find that under infrastructure, connector, client, platform settings, Windows. And I won't go through all the platforms because I think from here you can figure out how to find macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. But the one thing I do want to call out that's different within Experience Center is that you have platform settings here. So if you look on the left here under Windows, you have the app profile. But in Experience Center here on the right, you have app profiles. And then you also have this thing called platform settings where you can have platform settings per operating system here. So you could have Zscaler Client Connector passwords for unattended mode, you have browser-based authentication for this particular platform, or using WebView and the like. So those are separate and broken out within Experience Center. So that's it for the first three items here within the Zscaler Mobile Admin Client Connector portal. I hope you found this useful. Thanks for watching. Thanks for listening. And as always, have a nice day.
