We are a managed service provider in the Sacramento, California area. We have about a hundred managed clients. We have three technicians, and hopefully this year we want to try to grow that, maybe add another technician or two, and I think Super Ops will help us do that. We had a lot of issues with communicating with clients. It wasn't easy, we were using multiple different systems, and we find that Super Ops helps us keep that all consolidated into one system and make communicating with our clients a lot more efficient. Just the integration, keeping everything in one place is very helpful. It stops us from having to log into multiple systems to do things, and we can just stay on one screen, one interface, makes it really easy for us and for our whole team. Looking forward to using those more and seeing what other kinds of intelligent alerts and maybe some automatic fixes, things like that that might be coming, because that will obviously reduce the amount of time that we have to spend dealing with issues. We're looking forward to that. The side conversations is very interesting. That wasn't even something we had thought about, but it's a great feature that we will probably be using quite a bit to communicate with vendors and other third parties involved in tickets. I've played around with the global search, and that I think was one of the things we had brought up, and it's already been a great help. One interface to find anything, it's exactly what we need. It allows us to find things that we need quickly, efficiently. It's awesome.
