once everything is set up. Any networks created by Hudu Radar will automatically be added to the company's IPAM table. Hudu Radar matches networks on CIDR range to avoid creating duplicates. If a network is connected to Hudu Radar, you'll see a badge on the top of the screen by the network name. In the IP address table, you'll see the IPs of any devices Radar discovers and that were sent to Hudu along with the asset the IP is assigned to, assuming you have asset mapping configured. IP addresses and assets created by Radar are automatically related as well. You can also manually connect an existing network to Hudu Radar in the IPAM section of Hudu. To do so, select the network you'd like to connect, click the more icon, and then select connect to Radar in the drop down menu. The network will then be included in the next Radar scan. If you delete a network that was created by Radar, Radar will find and create the network again on its next scan if the network is online. The same is true for devices. If you delete a device in Hudu that was created by Radar, Radar is going to find and create it again, unless the device is taken offline. To avoid this cycle, you can archive the network or device instead. As mentioned, the devices that are in our IPAM table are also the assets that are being created in Hudu. Assets that contain fields mapped to Hudu Radar data points will have a banner indicating that the asset contains one or more fields connected to an external source. While you can technically edit one of these connected fields in Hudu, the value will be overwritten by Hudu Radar upon the next scan. To truly change the value, you'll want to make the edit in the Hudu Radar app. In the asset itself, HuduBot has automatically flagged the asset with my ready for review flag. This was accomplished via Hudu's workflows feature. You can set this up to ensure that all devices that are discovered via Hudu Radar are marked for review as soon as they populate in Hudu. Now back on the company's IPAM page, you'll notice a new tab here for a map. This feature is exclusive to companies using Radar as the map is automatically generated and maintained by Hudu Radar. Click on any item in the map to open a preview of the network details or the asset. If a device is unable to be sent to Hudu, it will still be shown on the map with a tool tip indicating as much on hover. In this map, you'll notice there is a network off on its own here. Clicking on it, I can see that this network was found by Radar but has not been scanned. If you'd like to add the network to Radar scans, you can do so here. Hopefully you enjoyed these videos on Hudu Radar and now it's time to start scanning.
