The pandemic has greatly impacted business for Rackspace in a variety of ways, Elastic engineering is one example.  Our customers were experiencing constrained resources, the Elastic services were born to fill this gap and to be able to deliver customers with talent and services as they needed to adjust with their business.  The work from home movement has brought an increase in the need for cloud and the ability to leverage services.
