Truth in IT Referral Giveaway Rules

Effective Date: May 15, 2025

Truth in IT (a division of Ekovox LLC) operates a monthly referral giveaway to reward users who help expand our audience of verified IT professionals. These rules govern participation in the referral-based drawing.

1. How to Enter

To participate in the referral giveaway:

  • Share your unique referral link with a colleague who is an IT professional.

  • If your colleague registers for a Truth in IT webcast using your referral link, and has not been referred before, the referral is considered successful.

  • Each successful referral earns you one (1) entry into the monthly referral giveaway.

2. Eligibility

  • Both the referrer and the referred individual must be verified IT professionals.

  • The referred individual must register using the referral link and must not have previously been referred.

  • A referred person can only be referred once, across all events and months.

  • Referrers may refer multiple unique colleagues.

3. Prize and Winner Selection

  • At the end of each calendar month, one (1) referrer and one (1) referred colleague will be randomly selected as winners.

  • Each winner will receive a prize equivalent to $300 in TruthPoints, subject to the TruthPoints redemption policy.

  • Winners will be notified via email within 7 business days of the drawing.

4. General Terms Apply

This referral giveaway is subject to the Truth in IT General Giveaway Rules, which include provisions related to:

  • Eligibility verification

  • Entry integrity

  • Prize substitution and tax responsibility

  • Data usage and privacy

  • Arbitration and dispute resolution

  • Redemption of TruthPoints

 

By participating in the referral giveaway, you agree to be bound by both these referral-specific rules and the general giveaway terms.
