from HR data to internal tools, and requests were handled manually. Retention rules weren't always aligned and consent tracking was scattered. We needed a better scalable way to connect it all. Our approach was to treat BigID like our own privacy automation hub. We connected the same apps we use internally, HR, IT, cloud storage, and collaboration tools, and let BigID handle the heavy lifting. With these workflows in place, we were able to turn what used to take days into hours, with full visibility, consistency, and auditability. I'm going to jump into the demo and show you a little bit about what it actually looks like. The first thing I wanted to show was our DSAR dashboard. Here's actually our internal instance of this, and you can see how requests come in directly through our DSAR portal. BigID automatically discovers and correlates personal data across the systems, and then ties it back to their request, allowing you to see what your open status is of all the requests, what the types of the requests are, and even where they're coming from. I can see what jurisdiction, I can see the profile type, which gives me a really great single pane of view insight into what my open requests are at the moment. The next option that I'm going to look at is our retention. Here, the system, you actually have an ability to look at our data lifecycle management. We use it to apply retention rules across both structured and unstructured sources, which is extremely valuable. Everything from HR records to collaboration tools. I'm able to set up my policies, look at different places that I have them set up in, and then what those retention policies are that I've set up to correlate with those policies. Another tool that we use frequently is our consent module. This is going to be around our universal consent. This is where everything pulls together around how we manage what individuals share with us when it comes to consent. This is a centralized consent preferences for employees, partners, and it makes it easy to track changes and also maintain the transparency that is so necessary in the current environment.
