vulnerability that's known and exploited in the world, to remediate it, patch it and safely deploy it. You really do need some level of automation, otherwise you're probably too late to respond to those threats. We run a lean IT department, so we have that increased need for autonomous endpoint management where the increased cyber threats, the patching, we just can't keep up with the people and the tools that we once had. Cyber threats are becoming faster, more sophisticated and increasingly automated. The reality is that AI isn't the biggest challenge. Trust is. If organisations can't trust the health of their endpoint environment, the quality of their data or the strength of their security controls, they won't realise the full value of AI. I see in the power of Avanti Neuron's platform and how it consolidates, reconciles and brings together that entire digital estate for our customers. And we've added this to our secure managed endpoint solution, where it is the system of record, where it is the authority of data for all IT security and management operations. Because our managed services teams were already deploying and supporting Avanti for many of our customers, we had complete confidence in the platform. Like every successful transformation, we didn't start with automation. We started with visibility. We needed to understand our endpoint environment, trust the quality of our data and build the right governance before we automated anything. Having accurate endpoint data is very important where you can prioritise the criticality of your assets. We often find a lot of customers don't know the exact number of endpoints that they have in their environment until we implement something like Avanti Neuron's for discovery. For example, in our environment, when we implemented it, we quickly found that we had a bunch of Linux servers that no one knew about. They weren't being patched, yet they had full access to our network and our other systems. And yes, they are being patched right now. You can't secure and manage what you don't know you have. It brings that single system of record where you get a very consolidated view of all your digital assets so that you can safely manage them and secure them. Once that foundation was in place, we progressively introduced automation around vulnerability management, patching and endpoint remediation. As our confidence grew, so did the level of automation. Today, our teams spend far less time performing repetitive operational tasks. The biggest overarching change that autonomous endpoint management has brought for us and has unlocked for our customers is moving away from that reactive scheduled operations into more proactive and self-healing automations that things like Avanti Neuron's with bots and self-healing has brought for us. Automation has allowed us to scale capability rather than headcount. Routine operational work now happens faster, more consistently and with much greater confidence. That means our people spend less time reacting to issues and more time improving our security posture. What matters are the outcomes. Are we reducing cyber risk? Are we improving compliance? Are we resolving issues faster? If I reflect on what autonomous endpoint management has unlocked for Logicalis, the biggest shift has been confidence. Confidence in our data, confidence in our automation, confidence in our security posture and that confidence has changed the way we operate. It allows us to move faster, respond to threats more quickly and reduce operational risk while giving our people more time to focus on strategic work.
