And so as AI systems are continuing to gain autonomy and they are moving towards planning and executing tasks with very little human input, I think governance has to evolve accordingly. And so I think the central question here becomes less about what the AI system is actually producing, and it's more focused on what is the AI system or tool permitted to do. And so on a practical level, I think this requires having this clearly defined documentation for each agent or autonomous system. And I think this includes or, you know, it relates to things like, one, what is the intended purpose and risk profile? Two, like, what are the categories of data that the tool can access? And then what are the specific, application-specific rather, deployment or use limitations that are needed for that tool? And so ultimately, I think that this type of documentation is particularly important in cross-border contexts where regulators are not only increasing expected clarity around decision-making authority, but also on accountability.
