So why I choose Cove as a product? So for us, what was very, very important when we went to Cove was the way Cove B-Link worked and it was a cloud-first architecture. So what does that mean for us was that we don't have to install anything locally. That was very important. And the other one was the cloud usage. A lot of other vendors out there, they charge usage per how much, you know, you put to the cloud and Cove, it's a little bit different from that perspective. So that was one of the main reasons we chose them. Okay, so advantages of working with Cove, as I said, cloud first, it's one of them. The other one, it's how easy it is to install and set up and configure and kind of set and forget like a lot of time, we barely have to do anything. Even at our environment, they have quite a big environment, we still have to touch it from time to time, but it's very low maintenance. Some of the advantages that Cove brings to our business is the cloud-first architecture. That's very, very important for us because we don't have to deploy any physical appliances on site. Another good advantage for us, which I think it's very important, it's the easiness of the deployment, how easy it is to deploy Cove, either when it comes down to on-prem or back up 365. And another good advantage for us would be how easy it is to manage and maintain. We use Cove as part of our offering. So Cove, it's an integral part of everything that we deploy. Every time when we sign a new customer, Cove, it's part of the solution. It's either the server that we have to back up, we have some customers where we back up their workstations, and also part of the 365. So customers don't have to choose when they sign with us, they get Cove by default. I think MSPs that are not using Cove are missing on the fact of how simple the billing works and how the consumption model is from a Cove perspective. All cloud-first, no overcharges, same bill month over month if you keep the same number of customers. And the simplicity around that, I think that's one of the key features why we are using Cove. Cove features. We really love how easy it is to recover with Cove. We had a case when a customer got hit with a ransomware, and we were able to go back and recover from the last, I would say, two days before the backup, and everything was totally fine. So from a Cove functionality perspective, when it comes down to cyber resilience, I think you need to have a very solid backup solution part of the stack. Without a solid backup solution, things cannot be recovered probably. And when it comes down to 365, because we use heavily on that, we have cases where customers override the files, we had to recover them, and I'm always selling the solution where customers, like for example, the data sits in the Microsoft 365 Cloud. You want to have the data outside of that in case something happens with Microsoft Cloud. Why we picked Cove? Kind of the biggest one for me is the partnership around the vendors. I'm here at Empower Berlin 2025, I'm supporting our biggest partners, and I really like the way Enable does the partner success, the way they serve us as a customer. I think that's very, very important. You need to really have a partner that you can call anytime, trust them that they do the right thing, and help you on your journey.
