Hi, I am Sebastian. I'm the CEO and co-founder of Fullstacks. And we are delighted to support this year's Opiee Nebula Conf with this Spotlight Session. What we don't want to do is to waste your valuable time. And I want to get straight to the point without PowerPoint slides or any kind of bullshit bingo. We don't want to fill it how good we are and what we can do better or not. We want to show what we do differently and what we call the Fullstacks effect. So what do we do differently? Solve problems. We find out what is not working well and solve it sustainably. Everything cloud native. We ensure that applications are always available, secure and performant wherever they need to be, or to be operated and deployed. Simplicity. We make complicated topics simpler and faster. So do we have superpower? Do we have a mojo? Yes, we have a mojo. We call the components of this mojo bright minds. We have a team of smart people with more than 100 years of professional IT experience who know how to use computers to get the most out of them. Simplicity. We take difficult tasks over and make them as simple as possible. Fast and secure. We make sure that new things work quickly and are secure. And last but not least, we do not talk, we do. We call this practical. And we do this together. We work together with our customers to help them succeed in cloud native. And yes, there are rules we have to follow. First rule is clarity. Make things simple and understandable. Secondly, automation. We've had computers do a lot of the things by themselves so that our customers have less work to do and have more time to focus on their core competencies. Again, security. We make sure that all and everything is secure and compliant by design. So what's now the full stack effect for our customers? If we approach them, we start with planning. We make a plan and show how we can help effectively. We talk about strategy. We develop an individual, clever strategy for our client. In regards of tooling, we choose the best tools to get the job done right. After that, we start the implementation. We implement everything and make sure that everything works. We do not stop until everything works as desired. And of course, we offer care and support. We make sure that everything continues to run smoothly. And in the end, we ensure the success of our mutual projects and the success of our customers. And this is what we call the full stacks effect. Last but not least, I will show you one single slide. We call this slide full stacks in a nutshell. What you can see here is our team. And in the middle, you can see the facts about our company. So we were founded in late 2020 and we are 100% owner managed. We call ourselves a cloud native consultancy. And our purpose is the highest level of expertise with a skilled team for our customers. And with these skilled teams, we act as a full spectrum digital service provider to realize the Kubernetes and cloud native ambitions of our customers.
