If IT systems are not available, we cannot produce a policy and we are losing money. HTC Volta is the leading insurance company in Turkey. We are working with 4,000 agencies to give support to 2 million customers. Every day, more than 10,000 concurrent users are using our systems and we are producing millions of quotations for customers. We need to keep secure all the customer data in our systems. Turkish insurance industry is a very competitive market. Also, we are taking many regulatory changes. We need to adapt very quickly for this changing ecosystem. Technology is one of the biggest enablers for our success. HCI Sigorta needed to modernize their IT infrastructure. They were facing lots of technical challenges, such as manual operations, limited operational visibility, and complex IT infrastructure. They had complex traditional set, slow VM provisioning, and multiple disaster recovery tools. It was complex and time-consuming. We looked at different solutions. VCF emerged as the most suitable solution. Last two years, we have modernized everything in the infrastructure and the software side. VCF is one of the main stones in that transformation program. Step by step, we have implemented everything on that solution. Our infrastructure is faster, robust, and resilient. Our system upgrades reduce from hours to minutes with VCF operations. VM provisioning times are reduced 50%. VMware Site Recovery Management enabled us automatic disaster recovery and helped us to reduce RQR times from hours to minutes. For business-critical applications, performance and scalability are improved with the vSAN ESA. VMware vDefense enabled us to create workload segmentation. With the new platform security intelligence, we also observed the metrics and the network flow to create rules dynamically. We provided architectural design, installation, and workload migration. It took us just two months to implement solution migration without any disruption on business. VCF giving us a competitive advantage, time to market more faster, and also without any interruption we can give service to partners and customers. In our strategic roadmap, AI is one of the biggest topics. We are focusing on that area. VCF also helping to achieve that target.
