I've been in this role for about three and a half years. I've been a SolarWinds customer for about the same time. And so my day-to-day operations is to make sure that the customer experience is reliable, scalable, and also on a continuous, secure network and making sure that we're monitoring it. Imagine being a babysitter over a thousand notes, right, and they all need attention. They all need someone to check to see if they're alert, see if they are healthy. SolarWinds help mitigate all that or alleviate that stress of the old traditional route. But we do have the hybrid role, so we do have on-prem devices. And so what that does for us is that gives us a quicker response. The SolarWinds help with that. So if you hear about the world tour and you're hesitant, I say come and join. Most of these people work in an environment like us, whether it's a smaller scale or a bigger scale. From a beginning stage, just like myself, or you're with people who manage this tool ten plus years.
