This continues our enhancements following the Routing Insights additions in 2026.1, taking the deep routing correlation from Routing Insights and providing an at-a-glance operational view. This dashboard is designed to help answer the questions, is the routing control plane stable right now across the whole network? Which protocol is generating churn, BGP, OSPF, or EIGRP? Which specific prefixes are unstable regardless of which device they're seen on? Are neighbors the root cause or are the routes themselves the problem? And which VRFs or tenant segments are currently affected? So let's dive in and take a look. So this is our Routing Insights dashboard. You can see now we have a routing summary and in 2026.1 we added the routing table and routing neighbors. You can find more information on my 2026.1 Routing Insights video or in our blog post on THWACK. So taking a look, we can quickly see at a glance the health of our routing network. So we can see here we've got some information up top about flopping routes and stable routes, and then we can kind of dive in from there. So as we go down, we're going to get progressively more information, and then we can go into our routing table or our routing neighbors to get into the individual routes. So we can see kind of where the problems are at. As I mentioned, whether the problems are isolated, like for instance, we have a lot of flops by OSPF, so maybe we're having an OSPF issue. And we can dive into that a bit further. We can see we have 109 flopping routes and almost 2000 stable routes, which is pretty good, but obviously 109 flopping routes isn't great either. So we can dive into those individually and see what's going on. We can see what has our most flopping routes, so maybe it's a single device that's having an issue, perhaps it's overdue a firmware change, or perhaps someone added a configuration that is causing some trouble. So that's just a quick look at our new routing summary for Routing Insights.

The walkthrough demonstrates how the dashboard surfaces flopping versus stable route counts at a glance — for example, 109 flopping routes against nearly 2,000 stable ones — and allows operators to drill down by protocol, device, or individual route to isolate whether an issue stems from a misconfiguration, an overdue firmware update, or a broader neighbor instability. The Routing Summary sits alongside the existing Routing Table and Routing Neighbors views within the Routing Insights section, providing a layered investigative workflow from high-level health overview down to granular per-route analysis.
