We can use these templates and customize them to the organizational and regulatory needs. For instance, let us leverage the PIA template and customize it with automation capabilities that BigID offers. BigID allows customization to the finest level. BigID would be able to set logic-based flow questions like the question OneEyeToPrompt for system details. Shows up only when the option system is chosen as a response for question 1H. Choose smart components that gives a drop-down of all system components like assets, vendors, countries involved to get accurate answers. Allow supporting documents like audit reports to the assessment. And collaborators and approval workflows, grouped or sequential. We can also define conditions that automatically creates new assessments based on the responses. For instance, if the response to the question, does the processing affect the rights and freedoms of natural persons, is yes, it is mandated to do a DPIA. BigID allows to configure this rule that automatically create the DPIA. In addition to this, automated risks can also be configured to be created based on responses using rules. Like, if a LLM chatbot is used in the system assessed, it involves some risk that needs to be handled. We can trigger automated creation of such risks. To leverage the power of BigID's discovery capabilities, use the data-driven insight question type to understand the PII exposure like attributes tracked. We can also import templates via Excel. Download the template, fill in the information, and upload to seamlessly onboard questionnaires maintained in Excel sheets. Imports also work while running assessments. You would be able to download the template and fill in responses offline and import the assessments into the platform for review, risk management, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting.
