and in this video I'm going to show you how to filter and save your views when it comes to sorting your manual patch approvals within Encentral. Within your Encentral console, you're going to come down to Configuration and click on Patch Management. And from the Patch Management homepage, click on Patch Approvals by Patch. Now in here, you will see all the patches that are detected across devices with Patch Management enabled in Encentral over the last 90 days. But often, particularly when you onboard new customers, you might need to see older patches than that. So what you're going to need to do is you're going to use the Show Filter option and you're going to filter for what you're looking for. So in my particular case, I might want critical and security updates for the last 365 days. So I'll choose critical and security. My period of time is going to be 365, not 3.65. And that's going to quickly update to show me all the patches that meet that criteria as such. Now this might be a regular filter that I or my team use on a regular basis, but I don't want to be doing this all the time and having to click on these buttons to create this filter as such. So what I'm going to do here instead is actually save this filter so that I can use it in future when needed. So to do so, we're going to click on the Save button, give it a name. Be as descriptive as possible. So we'll just say critical and security updates from the last 365 days. Go ahead and click on OK. So now any time I want to check this information, I can simply come in here, click on the Show Filter button, click on my dropdown and choose critical and security updates and see that update for me on my screen as such as well. Alternatively, I might just want to look for CVSS scores that have a score of 7 or higher, for example. Again, we can simply scroll down to our filtering options. I can choose 7 to 8.9 and 9 to 10. And again, we can go ahead and save this. So I can say CVSS score higher than 7.0. Go ahead and click on OK. And again, we have that filter available through the dropdown here. So you can really build a list of filters for the patches that you're looking for and then easily access them when needs be to obviously identify the patches that you may need to approve and deploy within your customer's environment.
