I work closely with the One Identity's marketing team to introduce new solutions to clients and prospects and to keep them informed about the latest technological developments. Our company was founded in 1994 and is one of the leading players in IT consulting with a strong focus on system integration services. We support mid-sized and large enterprises in their digital transformation journey by delivering a tailored IT solution, managed service provider and business consulting services. We operate across major IT spending sectors including banking, financial services and insurance, IT also, telecommunication and manufacturing, leveraging both our internal expertise and strong collaboration with strategic partners. We decided to invest in a dedicated identity governance and administration vendor and after careful evaluation we selected the One Identity solution for its marketing leading technology, strong ecosystem and collaborative partner network. What really stands out is its complete portfolio from our point of view which covers all keys areas of identity management. About the One Identity Partner Program, the simple answer is training, access to demo environments and Skype app and the close collaboration with the pre-sales team have been especially valuable in developing new professionals and building capabilities quickly. Each customer has unique requirements and thanks to our role as a system integrator combined with the flexibility of One Identity solution, we are able to design and tailor offerings that address those needs effectively. The key benefits come from two complementary areas, automation, the first one, which reduces processing times and human error leading to lower cost for first and second level IT support. The second one is the centralized data and workflow, which provide a unified, privileged view for monitoring access rights and resources, in addition to enabling organizations to meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2 and SOCKS with confidence. A customer chooses to reorganize and significantly strengthen the security of its system by clearly separating the IT environment from the production of the environment. The adoption of One Identity solution made it possible to harmonize three previously separate environments where identities have been duplicated, while also enabling the management of two additional privileged administrative accounts per environment for all highly privileged users. This approach ensured proper alignment between users and access rights without increasing complexity while maintaining a high level of security and control. Today, the customer continues to improve security by centralizing access requests, role definition and identity data alignment within Identity Manager. This enables stronger governance and a consistent enterprise-wide approach to identity management. Managing identity and access is essential to ensure security and resilience. AI into AIM products will make these tools more user-friendly. In addition, intelligent automation will increase also productivity and deliver real-time personalized solution.
