How do I park a call so another extension can pick it up?

You can park a call by dialing *40 during an active call, which places the caller in the first available park slot. Alternatively, if your FortiVoice administrator has programmed an auto-park key, simply press that programmable key during the call. To retrieve a parked call, dial the park slot number or press the corresponding park appearance programmable key if configured.

What do the different LED colors on the programmable keys mean?

Solid green indicates the extension or line is idle and available. Flashing green means there's an incoming call. Solid red shows the extension is on an active call. Flashing yellow indicates a call is on hold, and solid yellow means the extension has enabled do-not-disturb mode.
