It allows you to create custom widgets for your dashboard based entirely on your prompts and your environment. On any compatible dashboard within Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, you'll see a tab towards the top right labeled Neurons AI. That'll trigger a sidebar with prompts, some predefined that come all ready to go, and then space at the bottom for you to enter your own. So as an example, maybe you want to see all your incident records grouped by status. Or maybe you're after something more specific, like all your incidents with a status of active grouped by service. Once you've generated the graph or chart of your choosing, you can edit the format or the data it's drawing from. Then you can put it on an existing dashboard or a whole new one. And just like that, your dashboard's got a bunch of new GenAI tricks. And that's how you use Ivanti's GenAI dashboard feature.
