our systems, deploy applications, really some critical things that we needed to be able to accomplish and could not otherwise do that with NINJA. My name is Brayden Walter, I'm a systems administrator at Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan. Cancer and Hematology Centers is a specialized company, each doctor has their own specialty. We have about 500 employees across six different sites all throughout Western Michigan. Hi, my name is Kevin Kamer, I'm one of the PC support techs here at Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan. Before NINJA One, our biggest problem was supporting our end users at the remote locations or at home. And trying to talk end users through problems over the phone without being able to see what's going on with the computer, it's a hard task to be done. NINJA One helps us keep everything running smooth by doing the monitoring in the background. We can see the problems before they exist and nip them in the bud and take care of them before they crash systems. The ability to remotely support our employees from six different sites is very critical. This really saved a lot of time and money in the long run. It's allowed us to push out software to different endpoints. A lot of times if you have to upgrade a program, to have to hit each computer individually is just really not an option when you have 500 computers in your environment. Doctors, nurses, and staff have really benefited from the product because it's allowed them to kind of have the peace of mind that things are running before the day starts and throughout the day. Our IT staff and the management all know that without NINJA, we would be hiring several more people to do the jobs that we have with our small staff. NINJA One has really increased our efficiency on support here at Cancer and Hematology. It just makes the whole end-user support much easier for us.

TL;DR

  • Cancer and Hematology Centers manages 500 endpoints across six Michigan clinic locations using NinjaOne's unified endpoint management platform.
  • The solution provides remote access, patch management, and software deployment capabilities that were previously unavailable to the IT team.
  • Proactive monitoring allows the team to identify and resolve issues before they impact clinical staff, improving uptime and user experience.

Summary

Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan deployed NinjaOne to manage 500 endpoints across six distributed clinic locations throughout Michigan. The organization faced significant challenges supporting remote and home-based employees without visibility into endpoint issues. NinjaOne's unified platform enabled the IT team to remotely access systems, deploy patches, push software updates, and proactively monitor endpoints before problems escalate. The solution eliminated the need to physically visit each location or walk users through troubleshooting over the phone. According to the IT team, NinjaOne's efficiency gains prevented the need to hire several additional support staff, delivering measurable cost savings while improving service delivery to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff across the healthcare organization's distributed footprint.
