understand their business processes and that we will find the right solution, not only a product for them. This we tell it together and at the end of the day it mainly solves the problem of the customer. That's our main task. I'm Sascha Odenthal and I'm responsible for sales and marketing at Joyland. My name is Moritz Wetzel and I'm the managing director at Joyland. We help customers in listening to their problems and really trying to understand what drives them from their design a solution that really solves their problems. And so it's not predominant that we sell them a product but a real solution that helps them. The biggest challenges we see with our customers that they face different issues today. So one of them is the lack of expertise, lack of personnel or people basically that do things and on the other side you see the speed how the world is changing. If we take a closer look to the environment of our customers especially the network and infrastructure environment, they got a decentralized approach which we are going to shift into a centralized approach with VASA networks and this got more benefits for the customer especially that we can reduce costs, they can lower their administrative overload and that they have more time to do other things. So use case we see quite a lot of customers is that they have coming like historically they have a grown network so that means they have multiple vendors from the firewall side and other security solutions which makes it really hard to manage and to maintain. And that's where VASA comes in so we can transition them from a on-prem centric to a cloud centric or SASE centric network which solves a lot of the problems when what they have today. So accessing for example services in Azure or in Microsoft M365 and stuff like that. We can see increase of visibility and transparency in the networks. The way to measure the impact of a VASA implementation we can see three main things that's one of its cost reduction we have time reduction of the customer and we get more transparency in that app. We are on a fantastic journey right now just to increase everything and make things better. Our main focus for the next year is to grow with VASA especially but also to add more MSP services to that. We are really excited about this to continue the the journey that we started with VASA going out there and making many more customers happy migrating into VASA and showing them how it's done right. So that's based on our claim this is the way security works.
