Users can access credentials with one-time password generation, view articles without leaving their workflow, or open full documentation in new tabs. This integration maintains Hudu as a single source of truth while eliminating context switching between platforms during support workflows.

Integration and Mobile Enhancements

ConnectWise integration received significant expansion with new client site imports, additional filtering options, auto-archiving, and auto-renaming capabilities — features that will roll out to other PSA and RMM integrations in subsequent releases. The mobile app added new process support, quick sections, and UI improvements, continuing Hudu's pattern of bringing instance features to mobile for on-site technicians.
