- Truth in IT Challenge
Welcome to the chat! Your contributions add to a shared learning experience by helping others think about questions they never thought to ask. By participating in the Truth in IT Challenge, you have the chance to be recognized as a Top-5 Contributor (wins a $50 TruthPoints Shopping Spree) or one of our Honorable Mentions (wins a $25 TruthPoints Shopping Spree).
Note: if you do not see your chat approved by the moderator, it will still be considered for the Truth in IT Challenge! We sometime either miss chats or don't have time to approve them, or want to throttle back the feed.
BAM! Rules for Recognition
-
Balance:
- Less can be more! We'll review only up to a reasonable number of meaningful chats per person (excluding greetings, thank-you's, or logistical questions). Focus on quality over quantity so your best contributions will stand out. Too many chats (over ~ 20) may detract from your consideration as a Top-5 or Honorable Mention.
-
Authentic:
- Share genuine, well-thought-out questions or comments.
- AI-generated or copied chats won't be eligible for consideration.
-
Meaningful:
- Ask questions or share insights that align with the webinar topic.
- Helping others with answers to their questions is also welcome and considered for the Truth in IT Challenge!
How Are Winners Chosen?
We select:
- Top-5 Contributors: 5 winners each earn 5,000 TruthPoints ($50).
- Honorable Mentions: ~30 winners each earn 2,500 TruthPoints ($25).
We evaluate contributions based on:
- Relevance: Alignment with the webinar topic.
- Originality: Thoughtfulness and authenticity.
- Community Value: Insights that enhance the learning experience.
