TRUTH IN IT (Ekovox LLC) ONLINE EVENT PRIZE DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY.
The drawings are open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are actively employed in an IT-related role. Drawings are open to legal residents of countries where such promotions are permitted by law. Use of a corporate or business email address is required to be eligible. Employees of Truth in IT and participating sponsor companies are not eligible. Duplicate or multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. Intentional duplicate entries or event registrations will result in disqualification.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DRAWING. Purchasing services from Ekovox LLC will not improve chances of winning. There is no cost to attend the Truth in IT online event.
3. ENTRY.
To enter, participants must register for an eligible online event hosted by Truth in IT prior to its advertised start time. Some campaigns may also require attendance or completion of a form during the event. Entry methods will be specified in individual campaign details. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. ODDS.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and, for instant win campaigns, the number of remaining unclaimed prizes at the time of entry.
5. DRAWINGS.
For scheduled prize drawings, winners are randomly selected under the supervision of the Sponsor using ViralSweep. In Instant Win campaigns, prizes are awarded automatically to randomly selected entries based on system-defined probabilities until the prize pool is exhausted.
6. PRIZES.
Expenses not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state, and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the winners. The prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that Truth in IT may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to availability. Disqualified prizes may not be reassigned or redrawn. Prize availability may be limited and is not guaranteed once the pool of prizes has been fully awarded.
7. DELIVERY.
If you are selected as a winner, Truth in IT will contact you at the email address you provided. Prize delivery may be fulfilled by a third party, and you consent to your contact information being shared for fulfillment purposes. Truth in IT is not responsible for missing, damaged, or misdirected prizes. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 calendar days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.
8. RELEASE OF NAME; AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY.
By entering, participants agree that Truth in IT may release their name in a winners’ list upon request or as legally required. Winners may be required to submit a W9 tax form or other documentation to confirm eligibility prior to prize delivery.
9. MODIFICATION OF DRAWING.
Truth in IT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor that compromises its fairness or integrity.
10. BOUND BY RULES.
By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and the decisions of Truth in IT, which are final and binding. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
11. USE OF DATA.

12. RELEASE BY ENTRANTS.
By entering, participants release Ekovox LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation or prize use.
13. RELEASE BY WINNER.
By accepting a prize, winners release Ekovox LLC, its affiliates, and partners from all liability related to acceptance or use of the prize. Winners may consent to promotional use of their name or likeness, where lawful.
14. CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE; ARBITRATION.
These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Norfolk County, MA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions permitted. Participants waive the right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

16: TRUTHPOINTS REDEMPTION
Some or all prizes may be awarded in the form of TruthPoints, a digital rewards system operated by Ekovox LLC. TruthPoints have a fixed redemption value of $0.01 USD per TruthPoint and may be exchanged for approved gift cards or other rewards through the Truth in IT platform. Redemption options and availability are subject to change at any time. TruthPoints are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged directly for cash.
