Truth in IT Refer + Earn Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Truth in IT (a division of Ekovox LLC) operates the Refer + Earn program to reward users who help expand our audience of verified IT professionals. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the referral incentive program.

1. Program Overview

Refer + Earn is a referral-based incentive program that provides guaranteed rewards for successful referrals. This program is not a sweepstakes, contest, or game of chance.

2. How to Earn Referral Rewards

To earn referral rewards:

  • Share your unique referral link with a colleague who is an IT professional.

  • The referred individual must register for a Truth in IT webcast using your referral link and must not have been previously referred.

  • Once the referred individual is verified as an IT professional, the referral is considered successful.

3. Eligibility Requirements

  • Both the referrer and the referred individual must be verified IT professionals.

  • A referred individual may only be referred once, across all events and time periods.

  • Referrers may earn rewards for multiple unique referrals.

  • Truth in IT reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards for suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.

4. Rewards and Redemption

  • Each successful referral earns $10 in TruthPoints .

  • TruthPoints are issued after referral verification is complete. Please allow up to 7 days.

  • TruthPoints are subject to the TruthPoints redemption policy, including any applicable redemption thresholds and tax reporting requirements.

5. No Cash Alternative

TruthPoints have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated in the TruthPoints program terms.

6. Program Modifications

Truth in IT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer + Earn program at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect rewards already earned and verified.

7. General Terms Apply

Participation in Refer + Earn is subject to Truth in IT’s general program terms, including provisions related to eligibility verification, data usage and privacy, arbitration and dispute resolution, and redemption of TruthPoints.

 

By participating in the Refer + Earn program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Truth in IT policies.
